Shanna G. was very pleasant and welcoming. I heard that the security guard was a little standiffish and intimidating, but Shanna’s very professional demeanor encouraged me to let me guard down. Once in the establishment, Shanna made sure to give me all the ins & outs about how to check in and how to purchase. She gave me tints bits about pricing online vs in-store, and she also gave me 3 loyalty cards for future purchases. I was beyond excited, not for only the products, but for the excellent customer service given. I will be back, and I’ve already shared the location to others. Thanks again ☺️ L.S.
