I was ripped off. I was told the total after taxes and a discount over the phone for my large order. When I should up they lied and said they had to add taxes and their were no discounts for me! Don't pre order over the phone they wil lie to you. Very hostile they were pretending I was lying. All black racist staff who don't like immigrants!

Shout out (their review text message prompt says they give these people some sort of bonus) to Ashley (good call on also doing Leafly, Yelp, etc.), Malcolm, David, Eric, Edward, Emily, Jessica, Kia, Ramar, Taliah, Michael, and the rest of the team, whoever I'm forgetting, all of whom are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Especially love that I can get vape carts here with thc/cbd mix for full effect, tincture, extract syringes likewise. Fan of the Sour LSD vape, and the RSO extract syringes. Kudos on the addition of the tip jar as well!

I've come here several times and every time staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. product is great and I love their easy online system and text notifications! 100% recommend. if i HAD to give any "constructive" feedback...I knocked one star off of atmosphere only because I cannot hear very well in there. it's like the separator glass + the acoustics in the room makes it hard to hear the person helping me. maybe if they remove or put some holes in the separator glass like a bank teller lol

Sometimes you have to travel far to find the good things in life. Professional dispensary in Dupont Circle DC .The customer service there is superb. The staff members are very knowledgeable, including Michael who provides premier customer service .A must-visit.
