My first visit was quick, easy and very pleasant

Attentive staff to direct which line to enter for Leafly customers.

Large and spacious atmosphere; decent amount of parking. Right off the pike. Greeted with smiles but given space to absorb the menu. 3 Tablets in the back of the room allow you to use Leafly to browse the menu while simultaneously creating your order at the same time. I came for the Super Lemon Haze specifically, and it was definitely worth it. I’ll be back!

Great atmosphere

Flower was a bit dry but still good. The price of in house is great compared to most MA dispos. I really like the multiple times they verify your preorder is correct! It def increases the time to check out but it's not enough to complain about. I'd rather staff take an extra 2 min to triple check I'm not missing items or accidentally charged for things I didnt ask for...like I've experienced elsewhere.

I ordered online through Leafly for pickup and was able to avoid long lines, I was literally in and out in less than five minutes. I'm handicapped and always find an available parking spot.

Love Natures Remedy Millbury, the store itself is immaculate, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, with a wide varity of stock. Jess spent considerable time with me answering questions and was quite patient, thank you Jess. I would highly recommend for beginners and advanced users.

I was so excited for their reopening, placed my order online before they opened and chose my pick up window. Here I am, 3 hours after my pick up window still waiting to receive a text confirming I can go there for curbside pick up. I’ve tried calling and emailing and can not get a hold of anyone. I am sure they are so super busy however, it’s extremely disappointing they cannot handle the reopening smoothly. I’ve come here several times before and hope this is just a fluke. My ratings on quality and atmosphere are from previous visits and service is solely based on the fact there is no service today.

I love this place. The people working at NR are knowledgeable, positive, and always friendly. I miss going into the shop since Covid, but it’s always a joy to come by. The product is quality, they’re great about promoting new stuff in stock, and you can always find something you’ll like.

Place is great, service is quick and easy. I really enjoy the pre-rolls and the tinctures. Not to mention they have the best prices.

This place was nice when they opened - had drive up pick up orders so I could bring my dog. Now you go inside . Menu has decent variety but awful pricing . They also stopped accepting CanPay so I won’t be returning. Can get much more bud for less at Mayflower .

This my first time at this shop and I was quite impressed! The location can’t be beat; it’s right off the highway and there’s plenty of parking. Renee was super helpful and made sure my order was spot on. She also helped me get set up for updates and had me in and out, without feeling rushed.

From being greeted at the door to the help inside it was a great energetic enthusiastic experience. Combined with hard to find strains I drove 45 min to get here and I’ll be back. Tahjea is excellent! See him for any needs!

Solid place. This is my first time to Mass and it took a while to find a place with a decent selection. Brand new place with quality buds. Not as big of a selection as I’m used to seeing out west but way better selection than any other place I could find.
