I always have a great experience with the bud tenders, and product. Sometimes the crowd is a bit overwhelming. For the most part it's pretty organized. BEST EMPLOYEES 👌

This is where I GO, even though they have changed since the Rec side opened, but we knew that was going to happen. The service is ABSOLUTLEY INCREDIBLE, and the products are AMAZING when they can get the STUFF I WANT..lol...they do have an INSANELY DIVERSE menu, in all products. Since this is the closest one to me, besides Fulton, to which I HAVE NEVER BEEN, I am glad to have them here in Milan. FIVE STARS for Natures Treatment of Illinois!!!!

The nice lady who helped me was so sweet and I was in and out in only a few minutes.

There is always a long line but the staff is friendly and the line does move fairly quickly.

Prices are high but the buds are awsome. I think NTI needs some competition to get their pricing in line like the chicago stores.
