Nature's Treatment of Illinois - Milan (Medical & Recreational)

Goes above and beyond. Many days I don't have my legs underneath me....but the thing about disability is sometimes you forget right until you are forced to remember. This service provides me to still feel independent. I forgot to put my cane's in my car, and was 10 min past the drive up pick up time. I asked another customer for help and gladly they lent me their shoulders so I could make it in for my order. The desk instantly knew I needed some leeway....and knew I could not walk much further. I showed all my identification and they helped me back to my car while carrying my product for me. It's all the little things that make having MS hard....but this day it was a BIG deal for me to know that there are kind humans working at NTI, Moline who care.

Service was amazing. Atmosphere was chill. Everyone was super nice.

Bud tenders are very kind and make it a pleasurable experience everytime. They know just what your looking for and are not to pushy if you don’t want to try it. Love this place.

The quality of all product is great and the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The young man in the wheelchair does an amazing job keeping the line moving and really works at accommodating everyone! He is awesome!

Picked up sum more of the FIRE Layer Cake by GTI b4 it sold out later 2day. Day off work so got there 9ish, perfect time of day to go, or earlier. Ordered online to make sure I got what I wanted as it was 'trending' this morn. Got right in. Guy at the check in desk was friendly as always,, thanks guy! Guy at the register maybe needed a few tokes of the layer cake b4 he hit the floor. Not friendly. Got my order, didnt even say thanks, sorry but no tip 4 u. I dont really understand tipping them,, r they paid below minimum wage like restaurant workers?? Gotta at least fake being friendly if u want me to throw in a couple bucks. I order online or know what I want. Takes a few mins of their time. If they were explaining weed to me as I have seen them doing lol, then yes tip. But i had this weed things down b4 most of the cashiers were born :) woulda gave them 5 stars had the register guy not been such a downer

Always good stuff if you know ur stuff. Wait times still unpredictable, 1,2,hrs plus at times, 99% chance of not getting the same strain next visit, not enough quarters, too many eighths, not enough specials. Galena dispensary way awesome!

Everything was okay until today. did not realize until I got home that I paid for 2 1g cartridges and got 2 1/2 gram ones. Still waiting on the resolution from company. Not the best experience. I went to Terrace in Moline and while taxes were more the atmosphere and service were way better. I want to go to the best one and this really soured me. A long way to for a mess up.

Friendly and fast

Put in a pick up order like I almost always do--received confirmation that it was ready. But when I got there, not order for me & at least 1 item I ordered/had confirmed was not available. So yeah kind of an odd, messed up pick up that wasn't really a pick up at all.

Just beautiful

I had forgotten my sticker card, but the young man said he would just start a new one. He forgot and I forgot. I found my card when I got home, so I was hoping I could just bring my receipt in to get my punches. Is this possible?

The staff is awesome in Milan! I go a few times a week! Blayne, Abby, Jay P all give great recommendations! I hate how much the taxes are in Illinois and I hope that changes soon. But these folks and the rest of the staff are great help! I hope they can get more flower options soon but they have been pretty solid lately.

The staff is always amazing! Today was quick and easy going in but she did forget my sticker today.

The lobby music was too loud; especially for folks struggling with anxiety 😟
