Solid shop and fantastic donations. This shop is also very clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming. I just got my card, so I don't know much about marijuana. They were very patient and answer all my questions.

with a very friendly and approachable staff I found my visit to nature's alternative informative. I was impressed with their product knowledge and the professional set up of the shop. It's easy to see that the employees at Natures alternative take pride in their job and it sure shows in their product that they provide. I will most definitely be a returning customer and will be providing them with some new happily devoted customers!

Excellent supply of cartridges! They remember you from last time and they take time out to get to know you so they can serve you better... no turnover here and they actually know what they're doing. My first choice and first stop!

The staff are what make this place worth going to. Pretty much anyone can sell you good weed in Oregon anymore. It's the quality of people selling weed that I had a problem with. Until I came here, I can not say enough how great the people who work here are.

I love this dispensary! One of my faves in Portland! They ranked up in my book when I arrived to find them listening to Tom Macdonald! They have the bomb price on RSO as well!

These guys are awesome! I love the laid back, chill atmosphere. Everyone is always in a good mood and they have nice product. And for a bonus, they share the parking lot with a sweet Philly cheesesteak place too.

I called here to verify they had Candyland in the Drops edibles. She said, "Yes". I went in and was the only person there. This is Monday around noon. I asked for the Candyland in the Drops edibles. She gave me 2. I went to my car and saw they were the same color and flavor but said Pineapple Express. I went back in and she said the display says Candyland and these will have the same effect!! What?! I specifically searched for Candyland for its terpenes. This is clearly bait and switch. The dominate terpene in Candyland is Caryophyllene. The dominate one in Pineapple Express is Myrcene. I don't like Pineapple Express so because of her mistake I had to pay. Literally. Wow

I'd like to start by saying this used to be my go to dispensary. This review is after my last visit 2/12/16. Very friendly staff, laid back, and knowledgable. However, very pricey. Spent $80 plus. ATM fee wasn't refunded. Right off the bat was told I wouldn't be able to get a free/discounted joint. Wasn't aware there was such a promo but ok? Now I'm curious why (especially spending so much) but whatever. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged (looking at prices online 2/14, about $20), but there's too many people in a small space and too much going on behind the counter for me to comfortably slow down and verify the transaction. With so many people filling up the spot, I personally just try to lay low and get out quickly. My previous visit before this another customer had returned because he too was overcharged! Anyways, if you're looking for a laid back knowledgable staff regardless of pricing, this might work for you. This used to be my go-to spot but I stopped visiting for a few weeks. This last visit kind of sealed it for me. IMO too pricey, nothing special compared with the myriad of options nearby.
