The price and selection are incredible, great range of strain and ways to consume. can't say enough great things about the service as well. The drivers Robert & Tommy are wonderful, they and all the budtenders are smart, friendly and a blast to talk to. Special mention to Jordan & Shelley for going above & beyond when I've had questions and placed orders. Fabulous experience and locally owned and operated too. If I could give NCW more than a five star rating, I surely would 😀

Can't believe I placed an order here on Friday night at 6pm. Live 100 miles away so pick up was for Saturday morning as I could have never driven that distance before they closed. Arrived at noon to computers down then wait to go to back and be told they don't hold orders and mine was put back and sold. Before 7am this morning I verified that the flower I ordered had sold out. At 9:55 I get a text from Leafly saying now that you picked up your order.???? It appears they sold my order before I could have even picked it up Friday night. Pretty crappy. Will never return here.

love this store. I'm just about equal distance from Elktons and Perryvilles suspensory. we use Perryvilles about 95% of the time. ask for Laura, she's sweet and nice, always smiling and a blast to talk to.

I cannot say enough good things about this dispensary... but I'll try. First and foremost, the friendliness and the atmosphere. I feel good as soon as I walk in there. The people that work there make this place. They are so kind and friendly, and it's genuine. There are FANTASTIC people working there! They care about you! If the super cool vibes you get from being there aren't enough, then just look at their sales. NO OTHER DISPENSARY IN MD CAN TOUCH THEIR DEALS. Go on sale days, and order for pickup to guarantee your medicine. This is without a doubt, my home dispensary, and I legit love those people! Can you tell? THANKS NCW!! Your field marketing manager is extremely rude and did not have a good engagement with her ! It’s disgusting to have someone talk to you condescending and lack of compassion ! I think her name was Sarah, when I tried to speak to a manager to get their name. I don’t know what manager supports the lack of empathy and compassion that you need in order to work here. I will not shop here again.

I tried out their delivery service and it was amazing! They kept in constant communication, recommended products that I wanted that they didn't have in stock at the time, and applied all deals to my order! It was an awesome experience and I'm definitely going to order again soon. 😉

Outstanding as always. I live ordering online for pickup so I can be in and out as quick as possible but if I have a question about something, they always help me out.

I shopped this dispensary for awhile. they used to have a wide variety of options, including one of the best selections of flower, from CBD only, 1:1, and high THC. recently, it seems the owner has decided to put their CBD customers on the back burner. only one strain of state tested, cannabis CBD was available at a horrible price. but it just so happens, the owner has a stake in Live Rite CBD! which you can conveniently buy out front! and it's less expensive. but here's the rub: it's not mmcc tested or covered. it will take ages for any recall to happen of there is an issue. you have no information on what's used to extract or make the final product. this feels dirty. it's been turned into Karen's CBD feel good emporium, selling questionable goods. the owner took a GREAT shop, and seems to have gotten greedy. and CBD patients who actually care about what they are taking, are being taken for a ride.

Usually a decent selection and good deals if you go on the day for what you’re looking for, only issue with this place is some of the staff aren’t the friendliest and seem to be annoyed when you ask about the deals or products. Definitely a downer since they usually are always super smiley and helpful.
