Can't believe I placed an order here on Friday night at 6pm. Live 100 miles away so pick up was for Saturday morning as I could have never driven that distance before they closed. Arrived at noon to computers down then wait to go to back and be told they don't hold orders and mine was put back and sold. Before 7am this morning I verified that the flower I ordered had sold out. At 9:55 I get a text from Leafly saying now that you picked up your order.???? It appears they sold my order before I could have even picked it up Friday night. Pretty crappy. Will never return here.

Lovely place with a boutique feel. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable staff. Excellent complimentary coffee. Only dislike I have is when they play country music, as that makes me want to stick a fork in my eyeball. Other than that this place is 5 stars!

So this was my Second time for a in-store purchase. The first time did lack a bit on customer service but that being said Shane reached out to me and I voiced my opinion. Just let me say this Shane Bonnie Tommy and Matt went above and Beyond to make things right. I don't visit the Dispensaries around town much and NCW is like 38 miles away from me but I will drive there anytime I can. Reason being NCW is Probably the only place who Truely care about their Patients/Customers. They have an Amazing Team working for them and I felt like I was a top priority Patient . Let me say no I didn't spend an enormous amount of money so that wasn't the reason for the Outstanding Service and Information I received from them. If I could give them a 100 Stars then I would they well deserve it. If your looking for great product and Informative insight into Medical Cannabis then this is your one stop Place. just cause it says prime doesn't mean prime price they started cheap something has to change us patient need to stop getting toking advantage of lower your price so when you have a sale it's a sale not what they used to be price you price high so when you so call do a deal it is the price you use to sell for we are all not dumb stop thinking we are someone to take from

Your field marketing manager is extremely rude and did not have a good engagement with her ! It’s disgusting to have someone talk to you condescending and lack of compassion ! I think her name was Sarah, when I tried to speak to a manager to get their name. I don’t know what manager supports the lack of empathy and compassion that you need in order to work here. I will not shop here again.
