I love coming here, and have recently started placing my order online. I would like to see faster service for pickup. I believe one of the perks of ordering online is not to wait. It seems that waiting for everyone ahead of you to go into the bud tending area defeats the purpose of placing an order. I’m a loyal customer, this is just a suggestion.

This is a hole in the wall, just inside Pima County and therefore out of Sheriff Joe's reach. The location leaves a lot to be desired but the State licensing laws dictate certain locations as being "suitable" and I guess this is then "suitable" to the State. The service makes up for the location and the service is impeccable with knowledgeable staff and a front desk that eases you through the fact that the State forgot to magnetize you new card, for which you paid the full, magnetized price of $150. The donation price and the specials as well as the service will keep me coming back.

I always feel welcome at NW. When I walk in I'm always greeted by name. The bud tenders are friendly and I never feel rushed or hurried. I say - Go to NW!!

Most of the meds were mid but Tiegan was the best budtender ive had at any shop for a long time. She was honest with me about what i was looking for. I was not disapointed like i usually am.

I love the crew, they're all dedicated people. I've started 'going back' rather than picking up express and I'm glad I did. You have a chance to really ask some questions that you've been wanting to ask a bud tender rather than googling it. I've been going on Mondays to get a special deal, one that makes me very happy. Fortunately for me, NW is the closest dispensary and aren't we lucky to have this quality station right in the center of town. Quality merchandise, there's no need to worry. Maybe later I'll go into the economic deals or list some of my favorite things, reveal some products that just don't work for me. This crew will make you feel special. It's almost as good as a make-over. Peace ~

Everyone was real nice but there $40 half ounce was full of stems. I got about a quarter out of the half ounce I got. Wasn’t happy about the quality.
