Well, I love Ashland first off. The location of the store is in an alright spot. I had signed a petition while I visited, for their parking lot to be larger for customers, which I hope it's approved!

friendly service, knowledgeable staff. I drive 20 minutes and pass 8 other dispensaries just to have there product. give em a try and you won't be disappointed!

I would like to give HOL 5 stars, but I can't, for two reasons. Yes their selection is very good, and the prices are great. I don't mind the unfortunate parking or small size of the place. The staff are by and large friendly and unhurried. However, I was extremely disappointed with the two clones I got from them last year. They were in my opinion, mislabeled, as the flowers I harvested were not the strains they were labeled to be. When you only have half a dozen plants to work with over the course of 6 months, it's a massive setback to wind up with a strain you didn't want. If I owned a dispensary, I don't know how I would try to "make it right" in this situation. I'm not asking for a free replacement, but some addressing of the issue would have been appreciated. The budtender I told this to seemed annoyed rather than sympathetic and begrudgingly took my contact info with an assurance I'd be contacted about this. I haven't been, which is a major fail in customer service in my book. I will still buy flowers here, as the quality and price are superior to most of the competition. I would not buy clones from them again.

House of Leaves is hands down THE absolute best dispensary here in Ashland! I have compared and contrasted all other Ashland dispensaries, and H.O.L. has the largest and most extensive variety of products from flower, edibles, drinks, concentrates, 420/710 accessories, everything. Their prices are unmatched by any others, you walk in there and tell them what your price range is and they will work out a deal with you. Which leads to probably the most important aspect of House of Leaves, which would be their staff and environment. They are absolutely wonderful people, they are always so kind and so glad to see me every time I go in there, I have never had a bad experience. H.O.L. is definitely my favorite store in all of Ashland. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Being a week tourist I have shopped at many stores some great and some not so great. I would rank this shop at or near the top. First the parking is ample and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Second the selection of Flowers is large and the quality of the strains I tried was top notch. And last but not the least the prices were better than most places for the quality of the products.

Love the vibe here! Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. Great selections and varieties of everything cannabis. The folks here know their stuff and are very helpful in getting what you need both medicinally and recreationally. The prices are awesome!
