Nectar - Ashland Main

I find the atmosphere to be rushed, claustrophobic, and dirty. The large amount of out of state folk who come through creates large lines and intense to the employees. In regards to employees they are well versed in the field and very capable. The house of leaves is quite literally a house. Creating a great amount of rush and anxiety when choosing product. As if you want quickly buy and get out, and you feel bad that the employees have so little space to work.

My second trip into this dispensary and they have yet to disappoint. House of Leaves is my exclusive medicine provider because of their selection, pricing and they have the best deals around. Justin is so helpful, he really makes this place special. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. It's always been a great experience.

Stopped by on our way up north and gotta say this place is awesome! Worked with Justin and homie hooked me up. I will be returning.

I stopped in on my way home from a trip to CA, and a good thing I did. I live in the Portland area, and needed some more medicine before I headed home a couple days later. The flower selection was top notch, with premium examples of indoor and outdoor strains. The outdoor scene is virtually nonexistent in Portland, which is a shame. I'd stack the outdoor Mr. Nice against anything I've seen up north. Dense, yet well dried and readily smokable, with a wonderful relaxing, sedating high. I've noticed several dispensaries in Portland and Clackamas opting to sell their flowers so "fresh", as to be nearly unsmokable for several days without extra drying. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT HOUSE OF LEAVES. The best quality, prices, and value I've seen in Oregon to date.

They have a nice selection of products. I think that employees should have more self care...it's not appropriate to show up to work in sweatpants and a sweatshirt even if it's a marijuana joint. Also, it's not appropriate for employees to be saying god damn it and slam a product back in the glass case. Just because marijuana makes people laid back...doesn't mean employees should go all out. Show some class.

I went here twice. The first time, I had to wait while one person helped someone in front of me. He yelled for help twice, but didn't get it. So after waiting, a very stoned girl came out. I asked for pre-rolls and they only gave me three options. The product was good however, so I came back a few days later. They were busier this time. I tried to make it easy on the guy behind the counter, so I just ordered what I got last time. However, after he disappeared for about 15 minutes, while other people were coming and going before I got my product, I began to feel very ignored. The guy finally came back, cell phone in hand... from outside... then proceeded to tell me he couldn't find the joints. He then pointed out that they had maaany different varieties. So I just said whatever. Give me whatever. I just wanted a fast transaction. $30 and about 25 minutes later, I'd never go here again. Never ever. I'm all for the friendly environment, but this place is extremely unprofessional.
