There can be a long wait sometimes but otherwise a wonderful establishment with phenomenal deals and excellent strains!!

It is unfortunate that their online inventory is done so inefficiently run. Instead of the owners forking over the proper amount of money for a pos system that automatically updated their inventory online instead of letting it fall on your staffs shoulders whom I sure bare a lot of the brunt of the customers dissatisfaction, and the owners think their saving money. If it weren’t for the great staff their I would’ve stop coming 6 months ago when I had been dealing with this for six months. Almost every time I ordered they were out of something that they claimed they had online. Luckily you have a good store manager otherwise I’m Sure you would’ve lost a lot more customers than you already have. FIX THIS OWNWERS AND STOP LETTING IT REST ON YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULDERS!!

Great selection and prices-

I think the budtenders need to make sure they know what the heck they r talking about it is not hard to look it up on the computer if you're not sure if a strain is Indica or sit Teaver that's a huge thing when you're smoking for medicinal if you are looking for Indica and they give you a Sedeeva they are two different effects it has happened to me multiple times I pull my phone out and look up online if I am unsure really scarey when you go in to get shatter and one of the suppose it managers tries to give you a sativa instead of Indica like u ask for

I go almost every Sunday. Best deals in town. I'd like to say thank you to my bud tender this last week, Rachel, for her awesome recommendations. It's been a great week so far. The White Cookies BHO is especially tasty and makes me not have a care in the world. :)

Was just in there to check if my review showed up and I was basically spoken to as if I was there to get a free stuff like I'm some idiot.I did a review and turned in my comment card to check if I did it right then the loud lecture came instead of a warm approach I got a lame excuses. Next time tell customers that there is a high volume of wait time with email confirmation(recieved first)recieved prior before turning in the review/comment card do tell customers that expect a wait with the review process(review being investigatedfirst)before customer gets approved confirmation email confirmation before turning in comment card. So I decided not to purchase after all went elsewhere. If I do come back hope to speak with my usuals.what can say good quality stuff. The service?! Need more smooth interpretation when explaining to customers on the " posting review" process. Don't talk to them as if their mentally inept. This person was not one of the usual staff members I deal with. Next time I will add this person's name incase anyone else had this experience.

This is the second time I am reviewing this Nectar location. When I first started going here it was pretty decent then it started to get worst as far as customer service. The last time I went was the absolute worst. The budtender never offered me a menu, he was so busy interacting with his friend at the register that he almost forgot to give me my change, and on top of that the 1/8 I bought was a little light. Plus I never got the free taffy promotion he did not even mention it! Honestly the product is good but their customer service this day was not.

You guys have great selection but lately the atmosphere of the store has been super whack. What's up?? Every time i walk in there's new bud tenders who don't know about products. I miss the ladies who knew and could talk to patients. Another thing is your shop is disgusting, inside and out. The parking lot is full of trash, your front door is greasy, inside is full of cobwebs and have you ever swept your bathroom? Dang son. This used to be my favorite dispensary but now I find myself avoiding this place if I can.... Smh

this was my first "legal" in Oregon in my experience could not have been any more pleasant! my wife and I were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. The staff was very friendly and treated us as if we have been regulars for years. the selection of meds and products are fantastic. This will be my go-to spot from now on!

First spot I visited in Portland and it’s still my favorite! Everyone here is friendly and will help you find exactly what you want. Love the selection and all the weekly deals.

I always enjoy seeing the receptionist, Ukpiqk. She is always friendly and very efficient with signing me in.

I was sold a g of huckwilly that was tested april of last year it looks and taste like poop i don't understand why any dispensary would have anything for sale that is almost a year old.

I started off coming here for the buy one gram get a half gram free cartridge deals. due to the quality of the golden xtrx cartridges, I stopped purchasing them and liked the $99 Oz deals. the first 2 or 3 I bought were pretty okay. It wasn't long before I was finding hair in my weed, mold (twice once at a different location,) a bug, and super dried out. trim quality has gone down. I understand I'm buying a $99 oz, and shouldn't expect A grade weed, but I also shouldn't be receiving bottom of the barrel crap, either. the quality of the building is deteriorating also.
