NETA Brookline is hands down THE best dispensary on the East Coast. NETA also has a dispensary in Northampton, MA, which I am sure is amazing as well, but since I personally have never been there, I want to speak solely for the Brookline, MA branch. NETA has a great variety of products, from flower to infused lotions that help on many fronts. The prices are spot on and well worth the price for any product you may need. All of the staff is extremely educated about the products, and they are more than helpful in helping you to select the appropriate products for you based on your needs. There usually is a healthy wait for service, but again, it is worth the wait. There are 12 dispensaries in the state, and there are three or four locations closer to me, but the drive and the wait is certainly not stopping me from getting the best medicine I have ever encountered. Always worth the visit to NETA Brookline!

I love the staff at the Brookline, MA location. They’re so friendly and helpful and they always make the effort to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I’ve gotten to know some of you over the last year or so since you opened and you’re all awesome. I’m your biggest fan. 😘❤️😎
Oh...and the flower and dose bars are great.

Neta Care is amazing!!! Awesome selections of everything (wax, shatter, edibles, etc.) The last few weeks they had an issue with their systems (they were hacked) and when that happened they had to resort to writing by hand which made the waits and lines longer (expected in a situation like that) They have now updated their system and are almost back to normal! I was there this morning and there was two people in front...I spent 20 minutes inside (WAY better than an hour wait!!!) Don't give up guys! They're getting there!!! 😃😃😃

I was so surprised with the place. I've been to 2 other dispensaries and this was the best in terms of atmosphere. It was the only one that didn't make me feel uncomfortable with the security/check in process. They still make you go through check points and take your identifications but they are kind and welcoming while they do it, not looking you up and down and assuming I'm not a legitimate patient or something. The flower bud was amazing!!! The best I've found in a while. The prices are higher than I would agree is fair, but the product works so well I don't need as much so I'll suck it up and pay. They have a wide selection of products, the dose chocolate bars are so yummy and have pure chocolate taste. I will be going here as my regular dispensary.

Great flowers and compassionate friendly service. Also the best prices out of ALL of the dispensaries I've seen so far. I wish Leafly hadn't gotten rid of all the delivery caregivers but NETA is pretty awesome. They have a great $49 off any $50 order for first time customers going too!

I had Alan as my bud tender and he was so rude and condescending. I heard him talking poorly about the company (NETA) and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning. The bus tasted horrible

While the staff is still great I feel this place is slowly going down hill. Twice now I haven't received change back after paying with cash and once the amount wasn't correct. Now I fully understand the need for limits on some things but now it's literally just about every item. Maybe I'm in the minority here but I would much rather see out of stock on the menu than having to drive, find the time to go, sit in line forever, just to have to come back in a week or less! Not to mention if your using your debit card not only do you pay a fee but they also round it up as well! In a month I've had to go here 5 different times because off limits and you know what.....Paid OVER $20 just in atm fees and their "rounding" fee! Biggest piece of advice I can give someone coming here is BRING CASH and make sure you get your change and that it's actually the correct change. I realize this review isn't going to be popular but it's the truth and my honest opinion!

Terrible customer service. This place has gone downhill! Especially if you're a medical patient. Too many mistakes being made with orders, low inventory, skimping on the vape cartridges. 3/4 full not 100. They never pick up the phone and there's never parking for medical patients.

Poor customer service and inability to update inventory online. Drove over 40 mins only to be told sorry we sold out if 1/2 types of flower. Been going here for years and its embarrassing how far down hill this place has fallen. Mgmt needs to lean it and level up as competition is much greater now than 3 yrs ago.

All I can say is WOW! The atmosphere the people the service the quality all WOW! I've been to 3 different dispensaries and this is by far the best one. I've been to NETA Brookline on 4 different occasions and every time I've felt with a different person and the service and knowledge was amazing! The service I received was that of a high end boutique you can sense the passion I how they talk to you. I want to acknowledge Nancy and Sarah both gave AMAZING recommendations off of just asking a few questions love it. THANK YOU NETA!!!

Quality medication. Great variety of strains. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. One downfall because it's a great place is the number of patients it serves. After figuring out your dose and strains, try the "Express" option.

Also has anyone noticed the rubi pods do not come as full as they look on the menu pictures just saying for $72 each after tax maybe they should look like they do in the pictures that neta uses to show what they are

I liked the structure itself of NETA and the staff.. whoever after 3-5 of attempting to try out different products I feel I have been let down. The bud are very dry, I have purchased 3 different cartridges that would only work for a little.. and they have poor choice of edibles and not enough CBD products. Very unfortunate

*Medical Patient here! Because of the pandemic they make people order online prior to pickup, which is great. that is my preferred method. Usually of a dispensary makes you preorder you sign up for a quick acct and then place your order, choose your pickup time and you just go get your weed. Except here, you have to register and be approved for an acct before you can order. it took Brookline a week to approve my acct and I registered 3 days before I planned on going. When I called to ask why it was taking so long the person who answered the phone had a terrible attitude, asked if I was Rec or Medical, said Med and she told me I should have planned better then hungup. super unprofessional clearly don't give any care to their med patients anymore.

Old newbie 1st timer. My budmaster was Tim and he was the balls ! Walked me thru all the basics . Had a lot guestions and left with all the answers. Great service , Product and a pleasing experience. Brookline NETA gets my business !

Yes, there is usually a long wait for the Full Service (meet with a "budtender", ask all your questions, sample smell the strains you want, ask more questions, and generally have a great experience with the person assisting you).
Once you are familiar with the menu, and know what you are going in for.... they offer an "express lane" where you fill out a card with what you want (there is no sampling the smell of the buds, can't really ask a lot of questions, and value is put on speed..... get in, get out, quickly).
I HIGHLY recommend the express lane for anyone that KNOWS what they want. Using express, I have never waited more than 30 minutes..... I have easily waited in Full Service line for over 90 minutes before.
