Good bud,good price, terrible customer service. They just can't figure out how their online pick ups work. Go in, check in, let them know I have an online order. Wait 10 minutes, see 5 customer go in ahead of me. Go ask ask the receptionist what's going on, as online orders are supposed to be bumped ahead and are usually quick. She asks if my name is Anthony, I tell her no. Asks if I let her know it was an online order, I say yes. And then and only then, does she finally check me in. Just wow. I've had problems here before and the only reason I go back is because it's close to my house.

Wes took time to make sure we got everything we needed. Even though it was busy he didn't rush us. Also like the lobby waiting area with nice seating most places you stand in line.

what up Jarrod! went in for the deals on the Matrix flower, also to cash in some winnings from the wheel. Jarrod helped me get some meds for my wifes arthritis a free 1/8oz of Kabunky blue dream(wheel spin) super sour diesel, and a Kabunky sugar cookie rak for her christmas stocking. I'm a novice and it had only been my second time visiting this dispensary, so Mark P. was very helpful with providing recommendations for what I was looking for. Very friendly and informative, the service was great.

I love coming here for flower Friday. They have a very good variety of quality flower to choose from and a lot of it is on special on Fridays. Tyler S was very helpful and patient as I looked at all the flower options. They list it on an easy to view sheet with all the numbers. The place is very clean and the reception area is especially nice. It is in a business/office complex which is a little odd, but that does not bother me.

First time the wait at night was unusual but makes sense since only one open late Sundays in Henderson area Alexa was a gem at helping find some options that might suite my preference overall 👍👍

Second time here and thankfully got Mark again! Got the same amazing service for the same great price. I love this place and the quality. Both times I have gone I came for 2 strains of shatter for $60 on Saturday, and this last time there was actually a Sour Power OG badder that was available for the same price. Man this is the best badder I ever had, I thought I was going to like the shatter more, but this stuff was a great pick by my budtender! Always great recommendations and conversations while I'm here. Also very quick, I came in and saw a few people sitting and got worried it would be a bit of a wait, but after about a 30 second chat with the front desk person, she said "You're ready!". They are very quick and efficient while staying personable and likable! As always my only gripe is the location compared to where I am, otherwise the location is also good too. The fact that it's on the second floor suite of the building is also kind of cool, it adds to the window view and the walk-in experience. Will always recommend this place to ANYONE who is trying to buy ANYTHING cannabis related including paraphernalia!

Always love going here. They have a great selection of flower and carts. Jayme at the front desk has always been helpful and kind whenever I needed help, a very top notch employee!

Im a medical patient and came from out of state.. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dispensary. Horrible service and felt like they wanted me out ASAP. Didn’t show me around.. just said “what you want” flower was decent but if I’m paying 20 bucks a gram you shouldn’t give out popcorn buds. Overpriced and bad service.

Great deals but WORST management in the business. They care nothing of their customers.

Oh yeah, it's true. I showed up on Pre roll Sunday, at Nevada Made Henderson while everybody is stopping by then going home for the night-- in a freaking hurry. There is that nighttime vibe when you're busy and everybody is moving everything is working that whole flow you just want to continue. Manny my Budtender has just walked his last customer out as I walk to his station--perfect timing. I'm depending on Manny to know everything that is available or be willing to look as I give him my list, oh yeah I now have a list as of last week and I blame Holly. Because of his superb product knowledge Manny gave me options to get exactly what I wanted while never telling me no and hooked me up with the buy 3 and get one for a penny deal. The Virtue pre rolls had 2 and not quite enough of the 3rd - Manny knew this and came prepared with a Reina pre roll with a high THC too and the missing 3rd thing. Everything came together for a really awesome experience from waiting in the lobby with the masked and gloved security guard to the masked and gloved guy at the door who is not letting you in unless you have a face covering to the lovely masked and gloved lady behind the desk to masked and gloved Manny who really hit it out of the park. oh yeah from parking lot to parking lot in and out in seven minutes. Thanks again Manny!
