Very, very professional establishment. This was my first time being in a dispensary and after thinking that they were weird and uncomfortable places to be, the team over at Next Level Wellness proved me wrong. Great relaxing environment that I will surely be returning too! Not to mention the tippy top shelf medicine around.

One of, if not my favorite dispensary. The staff is kind and professional, the dispensary's general atmosphere is lovely, and the weed is great. I have only amazing things to say about Next Level Wellness, to be honest, and this dispensary is the first I'll suggest to anyone who's looking for a good one.

i liked that i could place my order online until the item i opened when i got home was NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED. I specifically went across town, a 15 minute trip, one way, when there are dispensaries on every corner, because the image and reviews indicated I'd be happy with my selection. the Bonsai "fresh press live resin" that I paid $40 for is actually some shatter broken into a glass container. no Bonsai packaging to be found. the employee i spoke to had a basic sucks to suck attitude. Good thing there's a dispensary on every corner. Hopefully they're not all dicks with crappy products that they misrepresent intentionally.

The staff has had a very bad attitude lately. Definitely has made me start going elsewhere more!

They have some good quality product here. The prices are also good. Unfortunately, they got a lot of other problems here. They have a nasty habit of keeping all their best strains "medical only." I have never seen this in any of the other dispensaries in town. It quickly makes you feel like a second class customer. If they need to keep some for legitimate medical patients, can't they avoid putting it directly in your view? This isn't a matter of 1-2 strains either. They have something like 8 really strains right now "medical only." Most of it looks better than what is available to recreational. Exacerbating this problem, is that they are slow to update their stick of leafy and the customer service is sub-par. I say that as someone less attached to this than your average American. The final straw for me is when I saw them adding dust to weigh out my gram....come on. The only reason Id pop in is because it is in walking distance. Like I said, they do have good product. But I honestly feel compelled to punish them by taking my business elsewhere.

when speaking on the phone I believe I understood they primarily cater to HIGH THC sales, not so much CBD medicinal....... they wont even review a product unless it is more than their idea of potent?

Great selection of awesome concentrates. It can be a longer wait but totally worth it. Very knowledgeable staff.

Nice people, strong meds, an all around great place, I will be going back for sure if I'm on that side of town. Also the free gram for my first visit is a very nice touch, that's the kind of thing that separates a place from the rest...

Next Level is just that, on the next level. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely friendly and are more than happy to listen to you as a patient. Always a smile at the door, always the strains I need and I leave with a smile every time. I don't go anywhere else, why bother when you get it all in one place. Cheers to these folks!
