I shop here twice a week - or did. I purchased a faulty vape device and brought it back to exchange the next day because it was busted. The supervisor performed a “test” and when I showed him a side by side comparison of a functioning one that I had purchased at the same time he still said to my face that it was fine and there was nothing he can do. The display was faulty and it did not hit properly at all - and after smoking literally hundreds of them I think I would know. Just the faulty display should have been enough to offer me an exchange but it wasn’t only that. Horrible experience and it only takes one to ruin all the good ones I had there. I will be spending my money at natures wonder from now on.
