Love this place they have the best prices in the east valley and great selection. Awesome specials. Staff is great. Was helped today by younger heavy set guy w tattoos and a flat bill hat- and for the first time in a year was unhappy with the service I received. I don’t remember your name but next time, smile, act like you like your job, and your customers aren’t burdening you by asking questions. I felt like if I was a friend it would have been all good but being a patient/customer I was taking up his time and not worth talking to. Never have I felt like this here before. Also note that this is still medical in AZ. It is not for fun, you are not a bud tender who can act like a jerk.. you are a medical representative for the state MMJ program and ALL patients should be treated with respect.

Nirvana sucks now. The employees treat people like trash, and their products have gotten pretty bad in the quality department. I'll avoid this place from now on.

never had a problem before but don't give a lighter to someone if they ask for it in the parking lot the security guard might think your causing problems and take you off the premises that's what happened to me because I decided to help someone out and get a lighter watch out for the security guard he's a very mean person

I called in an order for curbside pickup. Got a text they were ready for me but I needed to report to the front desk? I go inside, wait my turn just like everyone else,got called back only to find my order wrong. I was supposed to get 4 ⅛s of Vegas triangle kush, instead there was 1. I told the gentleman the order was for 4. He appauligized and grab 3 more, I paid I left. Only to realize he pulled the okie doke on me and gave me 1 of what I wanted and 3 of desert storm which sucks! Kinda like buying off the street corner, showing you something nice, but sell you some bullshit! Wouldn't recommend and won't be back!

Not gonna make a long speech, this was my second visit and there won’t be a third. I’ll stick to Nature’s Wonder.

Came for one of the "deals", 11:00 am, waited in line, budtender told me they were out of the "deal" and tried to up-sell me to what the onsite vendor had. Did offer a substitution, comparable product or a rain check, just kept telling me how good the vendor stuff was. Quality of the Products: 1 star - did not receive any Overall Service: 1 star - was not educated with available products. Atmosphere: 3 stars- didnt have to wait too long but there was no seating so had to stand. Too many options out there to come back.

Honestly they are the BEST dispensary HANDS DOWN. HOWEVER, it would be helpful for patients if they had what type of strain (Sativa, Indica, Hybrid) INCLUDED IN THE MENU LISTING PLEASE. i usually make online orders due to my work schedule and i usually don't have a moment to call and waste a budtenders time for them to explain which on is which. So its hard for me to know which strains are Indica; Sativa strains give me horrible headaches, paranoia and anxiety. So for those who need a particular strain, could you update your listings with what they are. i don't care about the damn turpentine, i just wanna know what I'm getting. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My experience at Nirvana was great. Nirvana has a great selection of quality products. A big shout out to RYAN, who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It's been a couple of weeks since I was there and I'm very happy with my selections that Ryan suggested. I will be going back. I recommend this dispensary!
