My time there was not so okay my bud tender was great but the rest was bad I felt very uncomfortable trying to see the product I wanted When these are my meds I should be able to look at what I’m buying the rest of the crew made me feel like I was a bother and I drove a hundred miles to get there that’s including my trip back home and it was a waste of time all the products on the website were sold out but all still on the website it would take a respectful compensation to get me to ever come back on my way out I was told to call next time hahah why even have a website someone gets paid to do nothing apparently everyone should call because they can’t get there inventory right at all after being in business long enough to know what sells and what doesn’t you can’t run a burger shop and sell out of burgers before the day ends just bad management sorry nirvana but step your game up or you may not be around anymore

Been a loyal customer since they opened in AJ. Always have top quality flower and great deals to go with it. Recently had some miscommunication in regards to weekly specials with the new schedule they made, and they went above and beyond to make things right. Beyond grateful to have such a great dispensary close by. Knowing they put the customer first!

nice dispensary. staff was very nice and knowledgeable. they were out of what we were looking to buy which was a bummer after driving 2 hours but we still got some sweet affordable vapes and flower

This is an amazing dispensary. Every dispensary accept for the Phx, Nirvana needs to take the lead from Nirvana AJ. The quality meds here are fantastic. The bottom shelf is as good or better than others top shelf. I got the top shelf and it is seriously some of the nicest medication I have ever received as 6 year patient in AZ. I sat for 4 minutes before they politely called me back.. The bud tender MELVIN IS THE MAN. Super knowledge on the flower. Recommended the snoops dreams and the crunchberry.. holy geez amazing. All the way around from the woman(s) at the front, to the last people to greet me as I left.. AAMZING JOB

Horrible experience!!! I bought BOGO Moxie Carts to get home and discover they leaked halfway to empty! I called in and they told me to come back. I went back and they did not exchange them, gave me my money back, and said there was nothing that they could do about my allotment!!!😡😡😡😡 I will NEVER spend a $1 here AGAIN!!!

You can do better! Flower- seeds in the flower 👎🏼 The shop is tiny. Waiting area is a small and uncomfortable. The area around this location is a dump. ATM was out of money last visit. Only good thing about this place is the first time patient special. I would most definitely not recommend this place. This AJ nirvana location and Reef dispensaries are the worst shops in the valley hands down.

I have come to this place plenty of times but the last time sucked. I bough a half ounce of discount flower from them only to find out it was a CBD strain named Candida. I was told it was a hybrid Indica. Upon returning home, I did my usual research and was surprised to see that this strain is very high CBD and little to know THC. Never over 1 percent THC. I called and notified them and they said “ it doesn’t mean there’s no THC” well I smokes it and it did not get me high, in fact it was a sobering effect. I called them back and let them know and they said because I had smoked some they would not refund. Beware of the strain you are buying and I guess don’t try anything new. Stick to the strains you know cuz they will not tell you if you are buying CBD strains and wasting your money.

I’m gonna write this now before I forget, I just called in to reception to get some info and right away was welcomed and she answered my questions nicely and in detail. I’ve had people be rude on the phone or sound annoyed and that wasn’t the case at all in the slightest. It nudged me in the right direction, I’m on the way over!

I try and visit Nirvana as much ad possible when I’m trying to get a large quantity of quality flower for a very affordable and reasonable price! The staff is always helpful and reliable! Will continue to visit!
