How do you order for delivery if you do not allow out of store orders? Disabled, so interested in delivery as well as your 15% discount for disabled people. Just doesn't make sense how to order if it's "in store ordering only". Please make ordering info more obvious and accessible please.

Your NirvanaCenter website remains nearly exclusively focused on your Arizona dispensaries, with multiple clicks being required before seeing anything relating to Maryland and no apparent way for Marylanders to sign up for texts/deals; and the prices for certain items posted on Leafly are wrong (e.g., your website makes clear that you charge $85 for 60 Dixie Synergy tablets, not $50 as listed here on Leafly). Also, as an out-of-state dispensary chain competing against a number of wonderful locally owned and independent dispensaries, it is important to respond to comments on Leafly so as to at least create the appearance of caring about what your customers think. If you want to succeed here, and I truly want you to, please get your act together quickly.

I just called them asking a question about their first time patients and the guy who answered was very rude. We are medical patients asking about medication. We at NOT customers we ARE patients. You TREAT patients AND customers with respect no matter what. I was polite the entire time and he was not. If they are all that rude there I will NEVER go there.

Very uninviting front desk operator, said hello got a ignore, secondly he was rude. Then I called before coming and they didn’t offer any deals that was clearly going on and I had discounts for being a new client.👎🏽👎🏽 will not be back

My first time in was amazing! The person I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and was incredibly accommodating. My second visit was the same as well with a completely different person. I am fairly new to medicating and have been learning so much thanks to the staff.

I brought a few strains but so far my fave from this shop is THE 5th ELEMENT. It's so wonderful... I have muscle and bone aches from time to time and that strain mellowed my whole body out and I was floating . I even rewatched the movie "The Fifth Element". I understood everything lol... I had a great night as well... 🔮👽🪐🌟🛰🚀🛸 Please take time to check out Nirvana Center in Baltimore... They will take care of you !

The budtender took my info. Not friendly at all. They did more talking to each other rather than any talking to me. I will only come here if there is a Serious sale going on. And I pass it basically Mon-Fri. But no thanks.

Love placing an order, it being prepared for 5 hours, just for it to be canceled without ever hearing a word from the dispensary. BAD FIRST IMPRESSION.

I've been to several dispensaries in the Baltimore area and PA. Usually long lines and quick decisions. My 1st visit the staff was friendly, I was told I could use 1st time status on my next visit , if I decided to buy sale items (Awesome!). My budtender was super helpful with recommendations. I feel I got the best deal for my budget and good info for next time. I'm already excited for my next visit.

This has very quickly become my only dispensary and I am a deal hunter!! n they always have the best,but this review is about a sealed product that I've had an issue with: the airopro disposables I've had 2 n both of their batteries have died before all the oil was used?!?! so just a caution

3rd time I've been there dude announced my full first and last name while grabbing my medicine. Still came back and tried to give them a chance but today went and purchased one of their prerolls which was way too tight and did not pull one bit. Called to see if there was anything to be done, politely. Mia answered the phone very defensive basically saying "too bad" without giving me much empathy. Terrible customer service. Wish you could give 0 stars. Go spend your hard earned $ somewhere else.

Waiting in the lobby for ten minutes while there are literally employees in the back in super unprofessional. They have a hard time answering the phone and getting clients in and out in a timely matter. Plenty of times I have come and had to wait in the lobby only to find out I was waiting because the budtenders were chatting with other customers in the back. The little doorbell at the desk is just to pacify you, because they aren’t going to come to the desk when you ring it. I love a friendly experience but some people have to purchase their medicine and get going somewhere. As the prices here are going up, the wait time becomes less and less worth it. I come here multiple times a week, I would say there’s an unnecessary wait-time about half of my visits. The store looks very nice and the people are very kind. All of the product is great and the points/reward system is great too. Get people in and out faster.

I’ve tried this dispensary repeatedly and have had poor customer service experiences 2 out of 3 times. In person - a bit of a wait for someone to acknowledge you at front desk, not a huge deal. Online/Phone order - they advertise delivery, so I attempted to place an order online, but the site did not allow me to do so. I then called, and was very abruptly put on hold for 40 minutes before the call dropped. I called back, and the individual who answered my call did check for the products, but made no apology for or acknowledgement of the wait. Aside from being forgotten about, I can’t fathom why I was holding so long only to be helped immediately when I called back. Not a great way to treat patients. I’m sure it is NBD to them, but I’ll be taking my business somewhere where I’m treated better.
