The manager is rude and this is the second time I go and what they had advertised is not correct. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
Second time I’ve gone there and they have an honor to deal that they listed online. Sucks because the bud tenders are super cool but it’s a waste of time going down there just to find out that they won’t honor a deal that’s online on their website. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Bait and switch. Advertise one product then magically they are out of stock but have a different product they want to dump in you. I will gladly shop elsewhere.

unorganized chaos. they do not have their medical or recreational items separated there is no lines there is no organizational skills and a complete waste of time, if you will be placing your order and then for you to get there and then tell you they can't sell it to you. this should be an illegal practice if you are allowed to place the order.
Removing reviews now?? My review and others have been removed. It not because the reviews all said there is no organization. The med &rec item are not separated. So when you order online it all seems good, UNTIL you drive 20 mins or more to pick up and the budtender tells you that they switch your item to medical and we cant sell it to you.
That's not good business ethics and no removing reviews. ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMIN$ NOT THE CUSTOMERS. WHAT A SHAMe

Male manager is completely rude. Went in for an online offer and they didn’t have it. When I asked for other deals and help he just kinda threw a paper at me and told me you look. I will not be returning to this location due to the fact that I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this one manager in particular.
Management will tell you they're too busy with other customers to care about your feelings if you worry you were overcharged.

I am extremely upset with my experience in your establishment. I purchased a half-ounce of Grow Sciences flower and did not expect this "High-Grade Product" to look and feel so miserable. After purchasing and feeling the bag, I immediately asked for assistance from the Management and received no help whatsoever, in fact, I feel disrespected by their outcome. I paid for High-quality flowers and received dry, small popcorn buds. Instead of giving me the option to return or exchange the flower, as I never left, the budtender gave me 2 cheap pre-rolls to try and "apologize for the inconvenience." It is safe to say, I will never return to this establishment. As well, I am going to leave this review on all possible platforms and ensure I let all of my people know, not to do business with your company. There are plenty of other dispensaries in Arizona that will properly label their product, as well as do more than you did in this instance.
Deals on leafly aren’t clearly listed as med only. This is the second time I’ve placed a rec order online and once I arrive I’m told the product is med only. Knowing this ahead of time would’ve saved time and opportunity cost.

Hello everyone I was in this facility a couple days ago had the worst customer service experience ever my bud tender was a male had this annoyed look on his face he didn’t offer any deals very awkward ended up leaving with just 1 thing

Do not come here. Their FTP deal is only valid for new customers as of September. This was my fourth visit coming to Nirvana Center since 2021 when I was medical. I was denied not 1, but 2 FTP deals. Weed is mid too. Parking is non existent. Save your money and time. Trulieve is up the road lol.

Have read bad reviews about this place. Seen people upset at other dispensaries. But was at 7th Street and Buckeye store. Two days ago. If you are up on what's going on at these stores. Things should be just fine. My bud tender was a young man named David. His attitude toward his job. And his ability to listen. Yes listen. Not a strong point for young people. So listening- attitude and respect. What I call. Perfect bud tender

The parking lot is not thee greatest the way it’s set up it takes a little bit if you know whaat you want you will still have to wait wish it was a little faster as it’s the closest to my work

cool people but they never get the price right ...like ever .. everytime I come here for a DEAL I end paying waaay more then I should . for example, if I get 2 disposables for 30$ each it should be around 70$ or 75$ after tax and what not..but when I look at the receipt it says each disposable was 38$ and an extra 15$ or 20$ in tax. also their point system sucks . you get ONE FULL POINT for every 4$ dollars spent ..you need 250 points to get 5$ off 🤣🤣 do the math. that's like 2k for 5$ dollars off
I don't know if I'd visit this location after dark. That said I got a smokin' deal on Shango. Alexis was awesome and helpful.

I would not recommend this location management is horrible here but shout out to the store on 35th ave for the 1/2 gram cart for the unpleasant experience i had at the store on 7th st and buckeye.. from now on ill go out my way to ovoid this location if possible

Went for the first time and got some Shango from December 2022. Definitely wasn’t very good. And it was “promo”.
Ashley Brown was the best Budtender at the store. She appeared to be the only person in the store that tried to help me. Three Budtenders were at the counter helping 1 customer while I stood there waiting on my order that I already called in. I was actually offended. They gave me a negative vibe but Ashley saved the day. She’s the ONLY reason that I’d go back there again. I was about to walk out until she came.

Waited in pick up for ever. About 3 people after I arrived were checked out before me. I had places to go I was highly irritated. Hence exactly why I put in online ORDER. Never coming back
When you advertise bogo, you should stand behind your advertised price. Don’t change the price when at the counter
