This is my 5th visit buying flower. I like to buy flower in sealed jars, because it’s not dried out. However every time is the same (all dried out), in fact it’s not even sticky ever and not much potency. I’m done with Nirvana!

I have been here a few times since it's opening. Yesterday I ran into a young man at the "check in" that was drunk with power. I showed him my medical card...as I have several times before...however, he insisted that he could not accept my state issued medical marijuana card! I told him my drivers license was in the car and I did not feel I needed to go out and get it! Granted, I'm an old guy, but this kid did not have the ability to think this through. I was looking for pre-rolls...and the Ponderosa Dispensary had a bogo! I spent a little over $100 that should/could of went in the Nirvana pocket. BTW...he told me it was against the law for him to sell without seeing my DL...if that is true...how do I turn them in for selling to me the 4 or 5 times previous visits!!!

I don't like the idea it's different people every week. can't get to know anyone. last 2 days in a row was supposed to get free pre roll.. I even said something. still like he ignored me. What are these people being trained to not give the prerolls for spending. or they keeping it? not sure I will return. I'm pretty pissed off about not getting what I was supposed to get in the deals. and I spend big money here. but since it's new people every week nobody knows the loyalty customer you are. later

Ya'll really need to step up your re up game! Idk if nirvana stopped timeless tumble but it's pretty wack not being able to take advantage of the bogo deals if ya'll out of stock for like a while month. Like bruh really? That's like going to circle k finding out they've been out of hot cheetos for the last month. SMH.

Every time I come in everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. They always listen to what I am looking for and make suggestions if I'm ever undecided.

I came into the store today to purchase something on a budget. And Matthew was happy to assist me! He gave me a few different selections that fit perfectly within my budget and I was very appreciative of that. I am so glad to have associates like Matthew add Nirvana to take care of us as customers.
