This is my go to store. The atmosphere is so welcoming. Josh was amazing and so delightful. Will definitely recommend to anyone to shop here.

My bud tender was Alysia she made me very nervous and uncomfortable. She Did not seem interested in helping me at all. Told me I could go to prison for what I wanted to purchase. She also shorted me about six products.. told me that the cops watch this place regularly and pull people over, not something you say to a customer. so if you go to the shop, make sure you do not have Alysia as your bud tender.

Nirvana in Menominee, is my go-to place. The prices are great, the staff is amazing, Especially Alesia. That girl knows her stuff, always welcomes you with a beautiful smile, and has some amazing customer service. Girl needs a raise! I highly recommend this dispensary!

At first I thought this was a great place to go!! Soo much that even though the first guy I dealt with kept showing me hybrids even though I kept telling him I only want indicas. It took for me to get on my phone and look online at the menu and just straight out telling him exactly what I want versus him showing me everything I don't want. But overall it was a nice experience so I came back a second time. This time I told Justin the same thing , I am only looking for indicas, he was pretty cool guy I even mentioned to him my experience the first time I came in about the guy steady showing me hybrids that I was not interested in. A lady came over and started speaking with us as well and we asked her what they have for indicas as far as common citizen label, despite our request she shows us a hybrid anyway and we trusted her judgement and purchased it without reading the label ourselves which they do not let u touch the product so it would have been impossible anyway. When we left the store we realized that the bag she suggested and sold to us was a hybrid. We called the store right away and when the manager got on the phone he was getting loud with me and telling me that it's not fully sativa when I explained to him I know this but this is not what I wanted how can someone get mad at you for not getting what they came for? I was just so confused as to why he was really trying to get me to be ok with what just happened. I do not smoke hybrids and I do not like sativa's either just because your employees messed up my order does not make it ok to yell into the phone at me . I even offered to give it back. So this is what I get for giving them a second chance. I will not recommend this place to anyone looking for anything specific. I did go across the street to higher love which is in the same parking lot. They were so nice I would definitely be visiting higher love again .
