I’ve been to this location a bunch of times since it’s so close to my home, and I gotta say they always knock it out of the park. Great deals (even for rec patients), they take security VERY seriously (I feel so safe there), and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Shout out to Trent, he’s so awesome and made me feel at home! I love the Nirvana Tempe fam!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's also helpful that all the prices listed are after taxes. They have good deals and the deli style is the way to go! I've only been to the Prescott and Tempe locations, but each time was a great experience.

everytime I go in they are always very nice and helpful. the location being so close to home helps as well. I'll keep coming back cuz it works well in my book.

I have been going here for a while now and I have to say, I hate shipping around and trying to find the best deals. This place takes that need away because it always has the best prices and a loyalty program that makes up for when it doesn't.

Falsely advertised deals. I drove about 30 mins to get there early in the morning. After waiting in line for over an hour I get to the counter and the guy tells me the deal that I had come for, which was listed online, wasn't available. I asked them if they were out of the cartridges I wanted, and the guy said they weren't out. He said they just had the cartridges in the back and hadn't yet put them out to be sold. I asked if they could just go in the back and grab the product I wanted out of the box, and I was told no because "they aren't ready", whatever that means. The deal I came for was advertised on their website DAYS prior so they knew with plenty of advance notice to have the product ready. With previous deals I've shown up later in the day only to be told they were sold out, which is why I made it a point to get there very early that day. There's no winning here. Show up early and the deal you want will be sitting in the back with them unwilling to sell it to you. Show up later in the day and it will all be gone. And they will make you wait an hour in line to even find out. Absolutely total disrespect for their customers valuable time and energy. This is the 2nd time in a row my trip to this dispensary was wasted. -1 out of 5 stars.
