as a dispensary agent I hold all dispensaries to a high standard. tonight I visited the Nirvana center in Tempe and I dealt with Marc and had a wonderful experience. he informed me that he was new to the staff and I want to commend him for his excellent customer service skills and product knowledge I will definitely be back to see him.

Nothing to dislike about this place. From the beginning they treat you kindly with a smile. ☺Wait is not very long considering how busy this place gets. Flower is always on point. Customer service is beyond great. They don't rush you and will answer any questions you have. Love this place and will definitely be back. ❤❤❤❤ I highly recommend and even brought my mom here. She loves it! ☺🤘☺❤

Nirvana is one of the better and older dispensaries here in Phoenix. They have never let me down and I really enjoy visiting any of your locations cause their all awesome!

They encourage criminal activity. I left my wallet on counter. It hard my key card to room im staying in. not only did they not have it. They copped out of looking for it or going on camera to see if someone snagged. I did not get out of car except at gas station. Yet they would not look on camera abd require me to wait. Having no way to get in touch with office for my room. Now I will have to pay and stay in hotel tonight. This is not my first issue if many with these guys. I wouldnt have even returned if it werent for quality. I won't now I encourage nobody to ever go to this place. There are plenty of places who value customers.

I worked at the OG location for almost two years and not once were we ever this slow or ill managed as this Tempe location. Employees are lazy and uneducated and the manager seems to be the leader in that. Didn’t think things could get worse than Sarah but here we are! Too bad! Nirvana was once one of the best shops in the valley hands down.

They were fast and had a great selection.
