Picked up today (10/22) and Thea was my bud-tender! Super knowledgeable, friendly, made sure I had everything I ordered, and also made sure my discounts were in effect (medical). She’s also funny as hell. Always a great experience! Appreciate ya’ll NEA!

The whole experience is awesome, from being at the store to talking with the staff on-line. Very clean and organized. My best experience was with Richard F on chat (today 4/6/21), he was very helpful and honest. He wasn't sure of a particular strain (it was new) but he asked a co-worker about it and he was very quick about responding. Then I asked a couple more questions, he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I hope to speak with him again in the future.

I was served by Heidi at Northeast Alternatives who made some fantastic suggestions. I have pain in my feet and can't believe how well the edibles work for me so I can sleep at night. I gave up ibuprofen and took up taking gummies. She gave me paperwork on getting my medical card - I will be doing this on Monday. Thank you Heidi for taking time out to help me.

I enjoy going here. I hate the traffic. Considering I’m a medical patient, I get in and out. But to get there is another obstacle. The employees are always fantastic!
