Really great shop.. Alot nicer inside than than the location might suggest. Pretty conveniently located close to the 101 and dobson. These ladies have one thing down for sure.. Customer service. Made me feel welcomed and in knowledgeable hands. They took car of me as FTP and as VET. The shatter is Primo and the Carmel chew set my mood right for my leg injury to heal. Hope to see your selection broaden.. Like patches.. More topicals.. Moon rocks. And keif. But honestly your flower and concentrates appear to be better than most in the the valley. Right on Nova. I have bronchial issues aggravated by product from many local dispensaries. Nova has a clean organic flower. Smooth, tasty, lives up to it's description. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Nova for my last two purchases and is now my go to place. Though their selection is small, the quality is consistent with suitable options available.

Completely satisfied and amazed! Amazing friendly personable staff. it feels more like spending time with a good friend than a business transaction. their slabs of shatter are fire! I have a huge tolerance and one small dab of the purple urkle had me crossed eyed! Nova is definitely my go too dispensary!

Best dispensary that I've ever been to. Not only do their employees have knowledge of the product but they are willing to stand there and explain anything you have questions about. Their flower is organic and natural and the best stuff I've seen in the state. Thanks Nova for actually caring about the well being of your patients!

The staff here is amazing! Ricky has been in the flower game for over 10 years and is able to educate and recommend what best suits your need. The service is top notch personalities, speedy and the daily specials are unbelievable. On top of that they have promotions during the holidays to get goodie gifts. It’s a family feeling more than a business but .. let me scream the business is BOMB.

Has some pretty good deals and great flower. Had a negative experience with a budtender for the first time in my life. She was very annoyed when I asked to switch to a 100mg bag of edibles instead of 300mg because when she upsold me I thought it was more pieces and not just higher dosage. I find that most budtenders are willing to educate, unfortunately not here.

They were not much help considering I’m a first time patient at nova. The process of ordering and picking up takes way too long. They made me upload all my files at home before being able to come to the nova. I got to the nova and nobody was in line and I got confirmation of my order being ready and it still took 10-15 minutes of waiting with nobody in the store just to pick up my order. Then they had to correct the pricing which took a while also.

I ordered an hour and a half ago and have been outside waiting for about 30 minutes.. slowest service ive ever seen from a dispensary. Weed is decent

Usually don’t have a problem with the service here but I came in to pick up a $20 online order, asked if I could use my debit card and the person was rude. I go to pay and without asking or informing me, she proceeds to charge my card $33 and gives me back $9 in cash without asking or making sure it was ok. I will not be coming in here without cash again.

I went for the first time last night to pick up some edibles. everyone was super nice ! great products all around and YUMMY AF brownies !!! HIGHLY recommend the heath bar brownie and oreo one. 😍😍😍WILL be back !
