Nova Dispensary - Mesa

I used to frequent this dispensary a lot but they’ve gotten inconsistent with the service and deals that kept me coming back regularly. I went today after ordering a product online that was advertised as buy one, get one free , but when I arrived I was told it was actually only 10% off. They often forget to ask me for my loyalty phone number and so I don’t get credit for the visits (like today). The loyalty program at other dispensary in the Valley is also better than what you get at Nova.

Today was my first time here, and I will make the long drive from N. Scottsdale every time I need meds. Everyone was so awesome!! Even the guy at the front desk was telling us about how they test everything, and you can ask for the results. That was so cool. Then I worked with Britney (hope that’s how she spells it) she was so amazing, and very knowledgeable. Also, one of the only places that has high CBD strains. For me dealing with neuropathic pain, this is THE place to go. Cheers to you guys...you made a customer for life.

Best dispensary in the valley for veterans period. I get treated right EVERY time I go in. The customer service is outstanding and everyone is extremely knowledgeable about all their meds. Nova has some of the best concentrates around and their prices are very comparable if not cheaper than anywhere else.

Best dispensary that I've ever been to. Not only do their employees have knowledge of the product but they are willing to stand there and explain anything you have questions about. Their flower is organic and natural and the best stuff I've seen in the state. Thanks Nova for actually caring about the well being of your patients!

I’ve been a medical patient for almost 5 years now. I’ve gone to many different dispensaries over those 5 years, but this is my first time reviewing one. Nova dispensary is hands down my favorite dispensary I have every been at, Including ones that have gone out of business. Nova is a great dispensary to go, the price on meds is awesome, the employees are very friendly and helpful and the wait isn’t that bad at all. I was there yesterday for 420 and the deals they had going on were awesome and the line was super quick on 420 compared to other dispensaries around the Valley. I’ve been going to Nova for well over a year now and every time I leave Nova, I leave happy and satisfied. All the staff at Nova is awesome, but I would especially like to mention Chris C. Chris always is a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and funny. Every time I have Chris as my Budtender I am delighted because he goes above and beyond in helping out and making sure I leave happy. That dude really loves his job and it shows with the service he provides. If you go to Nova I know you will be happy with all the employees there, but if you happen to get Chris as your budtender I know you won’t be disappointed, that dude goes above an beyond in being helpful and friendly. Chris is a top tier fellow.

Hands down the best dispensary in town! It’s nice to know going to a place that cares about you! Crappy part is, this is the only dispensary without a tip jar when one is well deserved unlike some other dispensary! Like that’s it not forced in your face but would be nice to know if I could tip somehow because hands down any tender I’ve ever had at Nova deserves it! Very very dope spot!! Keep up the dank ass work!!

Was impressed with the service and care that was provided for me while there. They took their time to explain certain products and was helpful with my questions. Their deals were great, I was a first time patient which included a free gram, and their concentrate Friday deals were awesome as well! I got a really great deal that day and had a great experience!

Really great shop.. Alot nicer inside than than the location might suggest. Pretty conveniently located close to the 101 and dobson. These ladies have one thing down for sure.. Customer service. Made me feel welcomed and in knowledgeable hands. They took car of me as FTP and as VET. The shatter is Primo and the Carmel chew set my mood right for my leg injury to heal. Hope to see your selection broaden.. Like patches.. More topicals.. Moon rocks. And keif. But honestly your flower and concentrates appear to be better than most in the the valley. Right on Nova. I have bronchial issues aggravated by product from many local dispensaries. Nova has a clean organic flower. Smooth, tasty, lives up to it's description. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Nova for my last two purchases and is now my go to place. Though their selection is small, the quality is consistent with suitable options available.

Conveniently located next to Circle K, What-a-Burger and a smoke shop, Nova is literally a one stop shop place. The service is outstanding, the products are phenomenal, and the prices are worth a 1.5hr bus/bike ride. Yes, i have reviewed Nova before, but after today's Day of the Slab (even though i didn't win anything 😢) i felt these guys needed an extra boost! You guys did amazing! The Canamo and Müv guys were there and the Nomandic ice cream was AMAZING! Thanks for being you!

Hands down my favorite dispensary. If there is a few people in front of me, the wait is still not long at all. The friendlyness of the employess is what sticks out to me most. Excellent service. Great points system, and the quality is outstanding.
