Nova has always had a great vibe that's why I've made it my home dispensary. Everyone is helpful and patient and it's the first place I go for good bud at reasonable prices.

Front desk lady has some serious attitude. I said I hadn't been there in 7 - 8 years (since I moved recently back) and I asked if had to fill any forms out or anything, system change you know. She basically gaslit me, about having to fill in a stupid form at a dispensary, saying we never do that, I never had to do that. Like Seriously? I straight up filled a form on paper at this very location 7-8 years ago, and basically every dispensary was doing that. And I'm the moron? At this point Im thinking I want my id and phone back and want to bail. But figured id check the deal out I came for (was fire 🔥) She then informed me after re entering my info that I wasn't a first time patient (like I was asking about that) because I told her I went here 7-8 years ago Like ok, maybe I won't be a second time patient here. I'm looking for a new dispensary and i think I'll keep looking.

My favorite place to get flower. Also have amazing deals of vapes and the employees are always awesome.

First off, Aaron was fantastic! The staff were great. I didn’t like the open window for peeps to see who’s getting meds. A shade or block would be nice. Had my card for 4 yrs & I was a(n) FTP this week. There wasn’t enough incentive to go (sorry, but the FTP deal kinda blows😂). There are 5 dispensaries within 5 miles. A BOGO 1/8th or 1/4 (if you spend a lot), or even a pre-roll. Really trying to give helpful criticism. Aaron was awesome! Helped me buy an oz of Moose & Lobsta. It seemed pretty dry, and was harvested 10/3/19. Purchased 1/7/20. Maybe it’s the norm, but kinda pushing the stale border. Price was good, tho. THANK YOU FOR POSTING TEST RESULTS!!!! This is a medicine. I need to know if it’ll help. If you could get KIND 1:1 RSO, that would rock. Thanks! Looking forward to seeing you again. The Black Mamba is fantastic! Much love

Friendly Mesa peeps, a cozy space, plus I've never waited more than a minute to see a budtender. Feels closer to the pharmacy than an Apple Store (a big plus for me and my anxiety)

just like everyone else, upon recieving my med card I visited several dispensaries around town, and I have learned if you want to have great selection and awesome customer service, nova dispensaries is the place to go. upon having a problem, I conferred with Izzy at the Broadway location, only to be treated with respect and true professionalism, the way she handled the situation was nothing but professional, I would like to thank you Izzy for making what was a situation, into a great experience. thank you nova, and especially you Izzy. you have a customer for life.

Nova is the only medical facility to be pushing actual medicinal quality products and demanding real test results. All the education they offer through patient handbooks and their Patient Advisors personal knowledge makes everything from the check in process/online ordering/ is streamlined very well to make planning when you decide to get medication/ a schedule conflict becomes no issue. Amazing and pricing that is realistic and within the value of the medication and what you get. I got this all from 1 visit, this is where I will continue to get actual medication and not feel like I’m just a customer buying product but an actual patient getting advisements on the best medication for my condition. Compassionate staff, modern and clean building, and a plethora of medical options.

Come on down and get you a ready to roll pre pack APPLE KUSH BREATH HALF OUNCE! What a cool concept, kinda like the bugler cigarettes they roll up in old prison movies. But these are called Old-Pals. I gotta tell you, this is good bud. They had several different ones, I got sativa. It’s well worth every penny. I also had the pleasure of getting a jar of JELLY RTZ BY GROW SCIENCE. Two thumbs up and big bear hug to this grower! The flowers has a pleasantly sweet jelly terpene profile and the RTZ resonates well making this one very potent. This flower has amazing texture and leaves a white ash after smoking. What an amazing experience I had at NOVA. Thank you, I will definitely be returning & telling friends!
