The people here are the greatest Britani, Skylar, Ashley, Nell. Eric and a couple others they will explain what effects I can expect. What helps with XYZ. Very knowledgeable and sweet. Every person here cares about the person and the purchase. Nu Era is my go to. I am a customer for life.

Great selections in a crowded intersection. A little confusing the first couple times I went but ever since I met the young beautiful budtender Skyler she has made things easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

Hands down my fav dispensary. The budtenders here get me and the recs are always on point. Extra mega about our to Linz who's always down to listen to my rants and rambles and have the patience to help me figure my order out every time! Love it here.

Even though multiple dispensaries have opened up as of late that are closer to where I live, I keep coming back to NuEra.

As a new medical marijuana patient in Chicago, I am extremely lucky to have many marijuana dispensary’s to visit in my local area. Out of every marijuana dispensary I have visited, NuEra has been the best. I chose NuEra to obtain my medical marijuana card and their Medical Patient Advisor, Jessica Lopez, was fantastic. Not only does she have a warm and friendly personality, but she is extremely knowledgeable in providing information on the best product to try to alleviate my pain. Jessica was kind enough to educate me and not belittle me for my lack of marijuana knowledge. I really appreciated her help. NuEra has the best deals for medical marijuana patients and consistently has a friendly staff who ensures your product purchase is a quick and accurate process. I recommend NuEra to anyone interested in learning more about medical marijuana.

Everyone at Nuera is very friendly and always helpful with my orders. Very efficient, especially if you pre-order as medical (not my experience with other dispensaries). If there's a line then it might take me 20 min but usually it takes less than 5 min to pick up my order. I love that they are dog friendly! My pup is always excited to see Leon and really appreciates the treats/ attention.

Been a patient for almost a year now at Numed. Since November the selection has been garbage, but worse than the selection is the customer service. Seriously need to take classes on how to treat clients. Pre order system is also hot garbage, it seems to change daily. Also I hope they have a bot doing their social media because it is a joke!!!! Same BS cookie cutter answers that never actually answer my questions!! I feel like some of the staff goes out of their way to NOT be helpful. I am looking at other dispensaries now, I suggest all do the same!
