James was very helpful he took my order and picked and packed it when the other employees were busy taking pictures. I come here often and would recommend it to anyone.

James ables was a great help and very knowledgeable. All of the bartender staff are amazing knowledgeable and kind and customer oriented people. Nuera is our place to go.

The staff at Nuera not only very polite, welcoming, but seem happy to be doing their job and helping their customers. on several occasion, I’ve had the staff from front door to the budtenders go above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Customer service is five star and I always come back.

I work at Pekin Nuera and almost Everything is great . The only thing I hear alot of is "Man I dont know if you guys have been to Colorado or California or Las Vegas but your store dosnt even begin to hold a stick to the rest of these despencery's ..... and i tell them that at least our maraijuana is not handled alot like the states that everyone mentions and after i say that fact %90 of the time they end up saying our state dose do it better !

The management and their staff are awful. The regular employees seem great but the management team needs some help!!!!

A warm and inviting atmosphere, Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and always provides great customer service.

The staff was friendly and they had a lot of quality products to choose from. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of knowledge from the two staff members that I spoke with. They couldn't answer any questions I had about the products or provide any recommendations besides telling me, "indica means "in da couch and saliva is for focusing." One also told me that no indica would give me a "high" feeling. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping that they were new employees.
