Deals are great but the delivery windows are way too big. You have to show ID to get box so they give you a 5 hour delivery window. Could be worse but I’ve been having to reschedule and they make you wait a week each time you do so. Mildly annoying.

This is by far the most unprofessional delivery service I have ever used. They have certain windows you have to choose from and they don’t respect my schedule or delivery preferences, only offering redeliveries 2 weeks out or in some cases a month later. I have asked to speak with a manager, they refuse. It’s unreal!

Delivery subscription service. A lot of fucked up things about America are clear, but this ain’t one of them. They offer smaller brands, but my first flower I tried was “Cheech’s Weddine Pie” and indica coming in at almost 30% thc. Delicious draw. Many other benefits hoping these guys are taking care of their suppliers

I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)

Nugg Club used to be great. They had high-quality products and great customer service. As they grew over the years, both the product and the service went dramatically downhill. I do NOT recommend spending your hard-earned money with them. If you have an issue, customer service will not solve it. If you don't like the products they send you, they won't do anything about it. They will mess with your delivery times and say they can't do anything about it. Since I can't get a refund (per customer service,) I will await my products and cancel the day I receive them. Spend money anywhere else.

I used to use other delivery services and honestly I’m so glad I stumbled upon NuggClub. Yeah the delivery windows are 4 hours, and it usually takes two days to have delivery processed and ready, but for the low prices it’s so worth it. Especially for edibles. Customer service is dope too! I had trouble with payment and they helped me out within a few hours, super quick. And it was on a Sunday no less. Huge thumbs up to y’all, keep it up 🫶

Love love LOVE this subscription box of fun!! Nothing but excellent quality!! The prices are great and having the option to add-on other items at very discounted prices. I will forever be a client and truly enjoy the monthly surprise in the box every month!!
