Johnny was/is very knowledgeable & very helpful!! He took his time & made sure that I understood about what type of flower that I would need for different things. He was very very helpful, also very good communication skills. Very pleased with the help that I received!!

As usual they team at Nugz is always amazing with knowledge of product and patience with customer queries, however, this time they went above and beyond. I had a minor issue with a previous purchase and they were able to fix the issue with great customer service. 5 Stars to the staff!
