This establishment is stealing from their customers. They round the tab at the register, without the customers knowledge or approval. This is ILLEGAL! They also refuse to except of give change of the dollar... also illegal. Their staff is somewhat knowledgeable on the products. The owner however, is a condescending prick, and is aware that he is stealing from his customers and does not care.
"This is how I do things. If you don't like it, you're free to go somewhere else" is his response, if he's confronted on this matter
