This is my favorite shop not only in the city but in the SoCal area. Super nice, knowledgeable And no bull-S staff. Best prices, deals and selection. No frills just straight up a great shop for your needs. I hate style over substance and this place isn’t that. I am a OG 30 yr+ smoker snob and have high standards-OTC delivers. Unpleasant experience all round

I get great service and sale prices here. I do wish their Loyalty Points were worth something. I'm bringing in my friend tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes. Very friendly staff.
