OG Collective Dispensary - Commercial

Usually I love going here for stuff! The workers are always very friendly and are super great with customer service. But today I went in and it was a completely different story. They were in the middle of doing inventory, which I get those workers could not help me. But the guy behind the register only had one person in there he was helping when I walked in, didn’t even Acknowledge I was there and then proceeded to help the 3 people who walked in after me. Finally a nice gentleman came from the back room and helped me and I thanked him for doing so…but that is completely unacceptable. And the guy who helped those people after me left in a hurry. So obviously he was only worried about getting out of there. Also yes I did speak up when he proceeded to help the other people and I was ignored!!! So to the older gentleman who did help me thank you for trying to make up for your co workers lack of basic human kindness..but I won’t be back to this location.

Been shopping at this location for a while now. One review said, staff was off or on, as far as being "customer service". I must agree, it's been a couple of months, seems like there was different folk every tyme. My favs are are Andre and George. Only once was I made to feel like I should go elsewhere. But peeps have good and bad daes, just like everyone else. Another review stated tipping for individuals would be nice, may encourage better service! Can't really say, I just know from experience that sharing tips can cause co-workers to not care and still reap benefits; and the total opposite of "let's make some money!" And then everyone wins! But as long as it works for you, then by all means. Anyway, I have found placing my order on line suits me better. Not real jazzed about the Leafly, they don't always give "Details" on product (at least flower). So I tend to stay with what I know and enjoy. But, I would say over all I really like this store, cuz it's VERY convienent, people are good and thank y'all for being there! Come on down, don't act like you're Marijuana Maynard, or a damn Karen! And tip them nice!

Good social distancing and clean

I have ordered twice in the morning and didn't get a response until late afternoon. Too late I was back home again by then.

Great customer service. Store was clean and very organized. Prices are good. Felt very comfortable making my purchase and will definitely return.

It was quick , efficient, and everyone was friendly! Everyone was in full compliance of Covid-19 rules and regulations :) always a pleasure!

10 AM on 4/20 and I wait 10 minutes just to go inside and then they are completely out of their 4/20 sales items. I would have loved to have been told that before waiting in line instead of being bait and switched.

The staff are always so welcoming and the low prices can’t be beat. Love this place and am totally coming back soon.

Usually loved going into this place - the prices are good. The staff is off and on. Half are friendly and the other half treat you as if you shouldn’t even be in the store. I went in today, 4/20, expecting to be happy for deals and just the general vibe of the day, but that was not the vibe of this place. My man and I wanted to come in and check, which we weren’t allowed to because of the pandemic (actually, totally cool. Following guidelines. 🙌🏻), so I was let in. Now, yes, I can be anxious, and I stated, “I have no idea what he’ll want!” - to which the employee replied, “He can come in after.” ...Yes, I’m aware. I’m looking for SOME direction here... What are your specials?? What’s something you recommend in carts? Can you talk to me? They watched me like a chicken with my head cut off trying to find out on my own what the deal for 4/20 was, and only replied, “it’s on that paper” with a point when I asked. Flustered, I repeated the deal back to remember it, and they looked at me as if I was stupid, gave me a long look and said, “yeeesss” as if I were a child. Look, if you don’t want to work in customer service - don’t. You should welcome a customer in with the deals of the day - especially on 4/20 - and guide them with a purchase. I’ve been in sales and worked dispensaries, too. It’s not like I’m completely unaware of what’s going on, but every store is different on this day. The store that treats customers like they’re worth being there are the ones who continue to get my business.
