It was 4/20, so it was busy. I felt like the lady I was working with was rushing me because there was a line. I visited many stores on 4/20, all of them were busy, but this is the only location where I truly felt rushed. I would’ve bought more. Oh well.

Always friendly even when very busy. I have been 4 times now and had a great experience each time. Love that they're on Leafy and the coupons are useful. I encourage everyone to stop by and check them out.

Really like the new PicUp App. So convenient. I can shop at home and just go pick it up, easy-peasy. The people are wonderful, the products are plentiful and quality unsurpassed. The only thing I would change is the music. I have a brain injury and the music is so loud it overwhelms me in seconds and makes it almost impossible to function.

Great service and quality choices of product. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable. I was assisted by Jordan and he was super cool when completing my order. I advise this dispensary to anyone fo sho!

Pros: Great deal on dabs. Cons: They're flower is horrible. It's pre-packaged so you can't see what you're getting. Twice I've bought flower there and both times the flower has no scent or flavor. It tastes old. I prefer Crush's flower to OG's.

The staff is great, always friendly and quick to help customers. Love the product, great low prices. I drive all the way from Keizer to buy and live right next to another dispensary. My friends also buy their product here too.

Upon walking in, it was a super welcoming atmosphere. After getting into the shop itself, we were given a tour of what was where, and offered assistance if needed. I've visited a few other shops in the area, and never been toured or solely waited on like I was here. The staff were knowledgeable, and helped pick out the perfect strain for my needs. Will be back again and again.

OG collective Hawthorne is always on point.

I visited today and they had the new rules posted just about everywhere. Everyone was friendly, employees wore gloves. If you do pickup, you'll skip the line. There was tape on the floor that told you where to stand. If people don't follow that, it's not the dispensary's fault. People need to take it more seriously. It's not a bud tender's job to play sherriff because some of you don't get it that this is serious. Please tip your bud tenders.
