OKAY Cannabis Dispensary

The customer service, friendliness of staff and unwillingness to help customers is appalling. I’ve been there twice and attempted to seek assistance over the phone only to be treated very rudely. Perhaps making sure all the staff is friendly and professional would be advised. There are a lot of choices nowadays and Okay seriously lacks in the friendly customer service department!

Absolutely one of my new fav dispos! the loyalty program, the bakery, the INCREDIBLE staff, and the fact that tax is included in their prices!!! no other dispo does that. it really shows how much they value their customers. DEF TRY THEM OUT!!!

This is one of the nicest dispensaries in the area, you must see in person! free donut and coffee if you spend $40 during the week before 10am . Check these guys out!!

I was visiting Wheeling from out of state for a wedding, my first time visiting this dispensary there were no issues. My second visit when they scanned my partner and I’s IDs with an old ipad, it made a weird noise and their security guard came over, looked at them and said “these are fake leave”. Mind you we are 24 & 30 years old and used these ID’s to board our plane to Chicago. We told the security he was wrong and that he could call someone to check the license #’s or look at our passports with matching info to the state ID’s he was claiming to be fakes. Instead of doing either of those things and quickly and easily resolving the situation the security guard went on an ego trip yelling and screaming about how he was a cop for 20 years and was certain they were fakes. He then denied us service and told us we had to leave. I only got my ID back after demanding it back because I needed it to travel home. I strongly recommend shopping somewhere else to avoid being falsely accused of a crime and having your essential travel documents confiscated. I have been to many dispensaries all across the United States and this was by far my WORST experience of all time.
