I’ve tried these guys a few times and they keep winning me over. I tried delivery once and they got it to me when they said they would. When the store front opened in Ocala I’ve gone in a few times and the lobby is welcoming and the employees have been very nice. They keep improving online ordering as well. Good deals often. The only negative thing I can say is I wish their was a strong sativa on the menu. However, all flower I’ve purchased has been grade A.

Sunnyside/one plant has always been one of the pinnacle dispensaries in north Florida. The solventless concentrates are unmatched, and flower is well grown, flushed and cured. The atmosphere is great and the service is awesome! Shout out to Patrick as one of the best bud tenders out there, and Marty for deliveries! They do me right every time. Highly recommend for anyone who wants quality, good prices and friendly service

Great people wonderful flower

I first used them and the flower was good. Do used delivery so can’t really say about store and atmosphere. Service once I actually got through on phone was pretty good. I would recommend. They just need to work on actually having flower in stock and keeping the current stock updated for the patients. It is unfortunate to finally get through and then they never have what you called to get. It is hit or miss but if you can get what you actually called for it is usually a flower.

Horrible quality and customer service.

I usually just walk away when it's bad service , I must say this is the only Sunnyside location that I have been to that the lack of diversity with management and staff effects how they treat their customers. The management and some of the staff were not truthful about how many loyalty points a person have . Mine wasn't upgraded for eight months , all they had to do.was add them up manually, I was told that a glitch in the system couldn't be fixed and my point couldn't be updated. I went to another store and the manager add up the points manually. The management in Ocala refused to do so and i received an excuse . The good part . "7 grams with a good price" .A veteran's discount with the reasonable price is a match. Thank you for your service.

Shaael was a great help! Very nice and helpful! Went home and tried the strawberry strain he recommended and it’s just as amazing as he described. Forever loveinh sunnyside and their people, I never have a bad visit.
