Organtica - Silver City

Toxic work place the manager Nicole Mancha treats the employees horribly and if you have medical appointments that interfere with her and her girlfriends personal plans she will lie and try to manipulate you to get what and if that doesn't work she will fire you. HR and Grace White one of the owners have had multiple complaints about Nicole but do nothing. Apparently it's ok for Organtica to treat Veterans and other people with disabilities this way. Oh! and they give a way stamps that gives store credit for reviews so don't believe the high star rating.

This is hands down the WORST dispensary I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Last year I was invited to a company party at the manager Dominique's house where she falsely claimed the company allowed her to throw the party. Midway through the party Dominique got very drunk and started a brawl with multiple guests at the party. This was reported to human resources and nothing was done, in fact the only two workers not involved in the fight were let go. Needless to say the management is very messy and I do not trust them whatsoever. I understand the manager of the store may have changed since then but the owners of this company need to take accountability for the employees. If your not part of the “clique” do not expect to have an enjoyable experience.

Staff was very friendly. Like their selection of product and house blends. Northern Lights Skunk is definitely worth a try, it is one of my all time favorites

A great dispensary. Clean, good variety of organic product, and amazing customer service! Plus they have the best edibles in the area in my personal opinion.
