With lots of fierce competetion out there as far as cannabis stores go, one of the few ways stores can really set themselves apart from each other is good customer service. My girlfriend and I have been to Parlour several times now and haven't encountered any major issues until today, but when I went inside to inquire about one of their tinctures tasting and feeling off (not the first time we bought that particular tincture there), all I got was a pretty rude, abrasive and overall unhelpful response from a female staff member. If you pay $60 for a tincture you want to make sure it meets your expectations and that the store selling it to you stands behind their products. However, what I experienced today was just plain awful and we will not be shopping at Parlour again.

So I was coming back home from a drive when I passed by this place, right off the bat I was impressed by the decor of the shop; really vintage and refreshing. The employees were very, very friendly and know what they were talking about when it came down to their products! Right down the street from my house too so I will def' be coming back soon!

very nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Flower quality was substandard and had the infamous hay smell most inexperienced growers get when not knowing how to dry and cure properly. Also scale weight was off by 0.3mg(weighed twice on 3 diffrent scales). Over all I would say this dispensary has great potential after some education, experiance, and quality control.

Went in and picked up some Super Snow Dog by Brave Heart, some quality fire. Possible new favorite Sativa. Also picked up some Purple Hindu Kush. Not quite as good as the snow dog, but it's good enough. Would recommend to friends and will be coming back if they have some more bud I want.

Very helpful and friendly. Had a problem with a vape pen from a different dispensary and they researched it for me. The pen was faulty...not me! My favorite place!

The parlor cannabis shop is appropriately named, as it is as far from the typical "dispensary experience" as you can get. The design, atmosphere, PRODUCT and service are top notch and I prefer this shop to the many (many) dispensaries in my area. They carry a great mix of strains for both medicinal and recreational purposes and I have never been disappointed when purchasing what their bud tenders advise.
