It's great to be able to order online before you drive there. You don't have to worry about what you want being sold out while you are en route!

The staff has always been upbeat and helpful, but they aren't very talkative or personable, other than that, great experience

I reserved my order on line, confirmation it was ready and still took longer than other people that came in after me. I think order should be at desk for check out.

We place our order online from medical marijuana however we had to still stand in line and they let in the adult use people 15 to 1 for medical marijuana. Also I wish they would be more discounts available for medical marijuana use as we are desperate for our pain management.

Love their selection and variety of flower. They are starting to keep more concentrates on the menue which is a plus.

The majority of their product is excellent, but the wait is ridiculous (everyday all day) and they are always closing early for this reason or that. If they could work out the issues with the absurd wait time and closing earlier than they advertise, this place would be the best spot around. Oh and watch out for the UKU vape cartridges, the majority of them are short, make sure they look at it before buying!

Long time Medical Patient , here who has PTSD , and chronic back and rib pain. Let me just say I am always happy to enter into the doors of this fine well kept and very clean establishment, full of smiling faces. The one , bud tender, Andrew is always so knowledgeable of the strains, and is just a great guy ! Thanks again for a positive experience Lowell Patriots !

I always love seeing my friends at Patriot Care. The staff is always so nice, but they haven't had shatter in like a month and that's very sad. Also miss the high mg edibles on the medical side. Bring them back soon!

I was able to find Sativa for those late afternoon crashes for my pain. Love the deals when I go on Mondays. The staff is always courteous and helpful with any questions you might have. Selection is great I go no other place but Patriot Care. Edwin.S.

Place is ran by someone who has no clue what they are doing this place was good until they allowed someone to run it into the ground..
