Excellent knowledgeable staff, excellent selection A+ experience.

We place our order online from medical marijuana however we had to still stand in line and they let in the adult use people 15 to 1 for medical marijuana. Also I wish they would be more discounts available for medical marijuana use as we are desperate for our pain management.

This place is great. The thc percentages are high and great quality. Most of the worker her are great. I visit often because of great products. The spin the wheel is so cool. They just need to update it like once a month.

Let me just say I am always happy to enter into the doors of this fine well kept and very clean establishment, full of smiling faces. The place is nice and clean. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Product is a little dry at times. This is my favorite place in Massachusetts.

I have shopped here on multiple occasions. The staff here have always been pleasant, knowledgable, & very quick with orders, especially during the pandemic. The one thing that I would say is that I am not always able to order off of the Leafly Medical Menu for this location. The number, unfortunately, does not go to any representatives so this information is hard to convey via phone. Thank you for the service you continue to provide, you all are doing a great job!

this was my first visit to a dispensary and I was highly impressed with the building, selection and staff. the staff was extremely helpful to a new user and made me feel welcome. I plan on returned when I need more.

I wrote a review on the 11th saying I did the curbside pickup and only received 1 of the 2 products I ordered. Well, I went back today asking if I could get that missing 1 product at the 11th of the month discounted rate and they were more than happy to take care of me. Great staff, great looking improvements on the inside, great product. Thank you to the Lowell staff!
