I love the Lowell location. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. And I love the product of course!!

Best Flower Around And my favorite tellers/security guys. HOWEVER, Day to day management is a joke. Orders don’t get filled on Leafly and the menu is not updated frequently enough. Even patient management is rough, too many customers take their sweet time once they get to the teller. One day recreational has to wait outside, the next day its medical outside, one day recreational had curbside, the next medical has curbside. It is often just way less stressful to drive over a half hour away to a dispensary that is better organized.

I keep getting shorted .3 when I buy quarters worth of flower!!! This is literally the 10th time I've noticed! Those shortages add up after a while!! Dispensaries should not be shorting people anything! Horrible practice!

Waited to long 12 30 i did cub side pick up and here it is 430 nothing so. Wat waste of curb side pick up not happy

It was nearly empty when I went in so I got to spend time asking questions and not being rushed. I was disappointed a few of the menu items were sold out and it was only mid-morning when I went. The bud was a bit dry, but it was packed on October 6th. Excellent quality in what I chose and worked for what it was meant to.

Hands down the best dispensary in massachusetts! I look forward to seeing the friendly staff every time. If you haven't been to Patriot Care Lowell yet, then GET MOVING!

I have been trying to contact this dispensary for days now. Are medical patients not able to order pickup anymore? I definitely can't wait in hour and a half lines. I use to be able to put my order in then go pick it up....what happened?? You can't even add anything to the cart anymore.....sad!

Great location and caring staff.

First visit went smoothly and got a variety of popular sativa and indica hybrids. A few strains did not work for some symptoms. Azure Haze was spot on and worked! The community of help is diverse at Patriot. I wish we were sitting when consulting. I like how the daily menu changes! Make sure we all receive the aid we need.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m a medical patient, so my review mostly applies to other medical patients, but here’s what I think besides the staff being great: • Parking is very convenient, as medical patients are allowed to park right in front (recreational users have to park around the block) • very short, if any, wait times. All the times I’ve gone, I’ve been able to go right to the checkin desk and not wait in line. Most times I walk right into the store. One time (a Saturday afternoon around noon, so a busy time) I had to sit in the waiting room for about 10 minutes (not a big deal) • The store is very clean. The waiting room is also really clean • very organized regarding parking, security, police, lines, and from once you get inside from start to finish

I suggest simply that if you do not want people to gain access to your first door put a security guard there. It is normal and kind that people still hold the door for eachother. Instead of being kind and noticing that it seems the majority of your patients have common decency built in. People go there for medical reasons and should not be scolded like children because you don't want to put security guards at the front door like every other secure place. As a Patient... it is not ok not even if it was recreational sales is it ok to talk down to a customer let alone a patient ,and then to insinuate a patient is lying....I will think twice about where I purchase my medication.
