The batch of Grease Monkey #7 (Batch 1-17-28) that I just purchased is EXTREMELY dry!! Great if I wanted to medicate with kief... but I thought I purchased FLOWER. This normally isn't the case, but this time it is. 👎🏿
When I first started coming to this dispensary, bud tenders and product selection were much better. I have been a medical patient at this dispensary for about two years and I must say after my experince today I will not be returning!
Newer bud tenders (or at least 1 I have never seen before) at the counter when I arrived had no interest in answering questions I had about products and when a question was answered the guy went on an assumption about why I asked what I did.
The point being this experience will prevent me from using this dispensary any more as the person I spoke with was RUDE and not helpful at all. Considering I am a medical patient and there are reasons I have a medical card. Maybe not having rude people who really arent willing to help patients should not be serving them !

Patriot Care has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. everything is top notch for Massachusetts medical grade. sales associates are very helpful on the phone and willing to answer any questions they can. I would and have recommended this dispensary to other medical patients.

One of my favorite dispensaries in my area. Staff is always nice and very helpful with any questions I have! Menu is always changing and offering new strains all the time. Great selection, I have never been disappointed with a purchase from here.

As of my last review stating how you have no product on the medical page and how there must be some product you could put out for us I see have literally pulled product out of thin air. This looks awfully bad on your part considering a huge percentage of your patients have been saying the same thing. You’re catering to the recreational marijuana and holding back product. This isn’t right. I’m very disappointed in this company

Their website and phone message says they are open until 7 PM.
There is no mention that they may close early for recreational users, so they don’t mind people driving over an hour in traffic and wasting time and fuel.
When there’s little competition, they won’t care. Soon there will be more competition and I’ll never forget them wasting patients’ time.
I love patriot care in Lowell. Staff is awesome and they got the best flowers in the East Coast. Trust me I would know!

Zero adult rec flower in stock, no mention on website or leafly. Was lectured by guy behind counter that I should have checked their online menu before coming, told them I infact did check it but they dismissed it by saying "oh that was the medical menu" even though on their company website it makes no distinction between med or rec...
Went back online afterwards and after bit of searching on leafly I found their adult use leafly entry and come to find out...
Their adult use menu does not exist and infact was never uploaded since theyve gone rec at all.
Pretty scummy imo considering the steps necessary to get there for rec users, but hey... how else will PC continue to rip people off with overpriced product and lowell cops get all that sweet traffic-duty OT pay?

This place used to be good now they money hungry selling flower which I brought today it was tested 8 months ago, it doesn’t smell like guice or orange valley that in it because it sat around for 8 months then patriot care sells this trash. People check your test date like you do your milk,mass dispensary got to do better this goes on at multiple Massachusetts dispensary horrible

The place is always a shit show. Online is never updated to what they actually have in stores. The fact that the recreational and medical lines are literally elbow to elbow is disrespectful to patient’s privacy and experience while in the dispensary. The workers are so nice and clearly overworked and underpaid. The company just seems to be cashing out but sliding downhill. Go to another dispensary it’ll be a better experience.

The quality of the medicine was decent when they first opened up. Now that they have been open for a couple months they are running smoothly. I have visited Patriot Care over 10 times since they first opened, and I noticed that the quality of medicine is improving significantly! If only they lowered the prices because I believe they are the most expensive dispensary in Mass.

I just got my medical card this week and have been looking for a medical facility to be a regular at. I ordered from this store online easily and a few mins later got a text asking for my medical card number. I gave it to them and explained that it is the paper temporary card and because of COVID restrictions, I am working from home with no access to a printer. Obviously the library is closed and my office is closed. So I asked them if they would print it for me OR if they would accept the PDF on my phone. They responded with "we do not accept phone photos but you can call and ask the girl at the desk if she can print it for you". No problem- I go to call and I get another text that they cancelled my order. The order that took a lot of time to create and research what I needed. Instead of waiting 2 seconds for me to call them, they just shut it down. I also emailed them through their website about accepting the card or printing it for me. No response. Obviously I would have found a way to print it by the time I needed to pick up my order, but instead they just dumped me. Really crappy service for someone trying to become a patient of a local place. You will not get my business, which I know you don't really care because you have tons of customers, but I want everyone to beware that even during this pandemic, these people have no patience or actual empathy and care for medical card patients. They are a business who wants money and does not care to help the community.
Things have slowly declined since rec opened back up. Quality isn’t there anymore I’m assuming because of how busy. Online ordering is gone. Wait outside is ridiculous. Pre rolls have been off lately and are not smoking correctly.
This use to be my favorite dispensary. What changed? Well, for one, they lie online about THC levels in their products. They say higher levels online, but you get home with the product and it's not even close to what they listed it as. ALSO, if you pay with debit, not only do you get charged the debit fee, but now they round up the total. Im a Med patient dealing with serious health problems and all they care about is how to mislead people to get them there and to make an extra buck. Example.. my total was $176. They rounded it off to $180 then charge an ATM FEE to bring my total to $183.50. Why are they rounding off??? Who does that?!I'm a little upset about this. I feel like I can't trust this dispensary anymore. I feel I get ripped off every time I use debit. Pretty sad actually to think a company who does very well for themselves feel they need to steal from their patients. Medical patients should not have to pay anything extra. And employees don't even have an explanation of why they do what they do. SMH
Fellow medical patients: please don't go here. They don't want us, they want the recreational user cash cow. After a difficult and ultimately unsuccessful attempt at curbside, I instead had to stand in a line next to (effectively with, due to their half-hearted social distancing enforcement) the massive line of rec users. When I was allowed in, there were at least 8 other customers in their cramped space, forcing everyone to squeeze past each other to get to and from the registers. Meanwhile, the other three dispensaries I use have been limiting capacity to three patients--and one is at least double the size of this location. As someone in the high-risk category for Covid, I genuinely felt irresponsible for not leaving when I saw their "precautionary measures".

This place is generally a shit-show and now they're jacking up the prices. I'm suspicious of all the positive reviews since they seem to be 3 - 4 glowing reviews a day which are probably staff members trying to bury the bad reviews.
