I spend between 500-700 a month today was my last visit because I used my points and 108 in cash supposed to get a penny gram for purchases over 100 well since I used my points no penny gram what's up with that? I don't need you you were just convenience do long

Let me start by apologizing again to my budtender. The place was packed and I was running late for work because of it. I’m being short , not intentionally but I am. This kid not only stayed positive he was well trained they all are there. He not only got me back on track but made me check myself because how professional he was being despite me not being my charming self.. Thanks for making a bad situation solid and again these kids should be able to get tips
The products I got have been great so far, the waiting room is nice and well air conditioned & the staff are very friendly as you check in and the product clerks really want to help you get what you are looking for. I enjoyed the people. I think visual appeal of the product room could use an upgrade, but it does function well for customer flow & makes it easy for you to locate your parking. I wish I had ordered online tho simply because the wait time for a recreational user is very long & starts outside. Medical users will not be made to wait, and I agree that they shouldn’t have to. It was still worth it. Dress for the weather, look at their menu online while you wait (they have QR codes all over) to get the most out of your experience. I will be a return customer. 👍🫶
For 60$ for 1/8 of tarts plus tax which ended up being 65$ I got home and found a seed as soon as I opened it. There was seed pockets like crazy and the tiniest little seeds I found that were the size of a ball tip on a pen. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I’m going to give it another try because everyone was really nice but still shouldn’t be finding seeds in medical. Period.
Good product and prices but they need to get about 3 more cashier stations at least, the large waiting room was packed with about 20-30 people of all shapes and sizes at 10am on a Sunday
I was in on 8/27 and Amanda waited on me. She was very helpful with some info on concentrates, E rigs and how to use them along with different types. Very helpful
