What really stands out about PRC is their amazing specials and incredible variety! They definitely do what it takes to hook their patients up! Every time i come in (weekly/bi-weekly), i'm amazed at how many new strains they have for me to try already! They source strains from other dispensaries so that you always have different strains to try, while they keep your favorites stocked (often grown themselves). Out of the smaller-sized dispensaries, they definitely have the most impressive variety in ALL products! They literally have TONS of balms and sprays, unique edibles i haven't seen anywhere else, and they even have a good variety of smoking accessories/glass pieces. The atmosphere is perfectly fine; simple and clean setup located in a very nice shopping center, although the place is a little smaller and their waiting area can get crowded (especially on FREE PREROLL FRIDAYS! But, that's understandable of course ;p). Overall it seems like they have a really good staff..Alex is quiet but really sweet, Rachel is always a ray of sunshine, Caesar is always cool and really friendly, and everyone else is polite and kind--even if not overly-uber-enthusiastic like some places can be. The smell/look of their flower is usually pretty great :) Perhaps a little dry, and very once in a while i'll get a "so-so" strain from them, but usually i'm left a happy customer, if not very happily surprised by something totally bomb ;) Oh, and like I mentioned they have bad-A specials; a free .75 preroll every friday! Plus, they have a rewards progam and other specials going on all the time! Why not stop in and give em a try? ;)

Have been meaning to write this for a week. Even though I live 23 miles away, I went to Phoenix Relief Center for the first time on 9/12 because they had Tangerine Dream, which is my favorite. Always knocks out the pain. My usual shops will get it and quickly run out so I was excited to see it on their menu. I checked Leafly before I left the house to be sure they still had grams available, and (per the menu) they did. 40 minutes later I arrive to find out they were out of grams. Only 1/8th and larger available. I was pretty upset. We had unexpected car repairs that week and my budget wouldn’t allow for more than 2 grams, even at their great prices. But do you choose quality of life or paying bills a week late? So I said I would go for the 1/8th.The budtender ( I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, his tag was backwards) was super understanding and gave me a super great deal on the 1/8th AND still gave me my free gram for First time visit! I nearly cried. He also answered my questions about hardware and edibles and told me that I could call ahead, or pre-order online to be sure I could get what I needed before running all the way down there, which I will definitely do. So helpful! After I checkout I walk outside and hubby asks me to see if someone inside would be willing to give us a jump start as my battery had died. (Great! More car repairs) And another one of the budtenders happily stopped what he was doing and came out and jump started us! How nice was that?! So first time experience with Phoenix Relief Center was an A+! Just overall super great people, and they always have Tangerine Dream, as well as other great strains you don’t see elsewhere. Definitely worth the drive from wherever you live in the Valley!!

They have superior meds always based on my experience and helpful staff, Quality and always have many options . I would recommend to anyone in the valley .

If I didn't live so far away this would be the only place I go. Consistently great flower, good service and prices.
