Omg I had such a good first experience here. My bud tender Nia was so nice! We had a nice chat and she sold me some gummies and a cart. I also got two free Js for being a first timer- a caviar j and a regular j. It’s so nice to get a lil something for trying out a new dispensary. She was awesome and she picked out a really good cart for me. What they don’t know is I had just come from Flavors Detroit where I had a HORRIBLE experience and they really were so much better and nicer with better product and not fake miserable employees and owners. Everyone from the front desk to the bud tender and other employees were dope. Thank you Nia! I’ll be back even though y’all are a bit of a drive and I have closer dispensaries near me. It’s worth it!

Because so many others have let me down, good at first, then problems with quality occur. I have elected to hold any further reviews back, until I have fully tested a location. After multiple visits to Plan B, I'm ready to say, they are the BEST. The flower is my favorite thing they have. It's powerful, pungent, just great in every way. And the pricing is phenomenal. However, what really sets Plan B apart, is the staff. They are the coolest people running a dispensary, in my experience , after trying AT LEAST a dozen others. They genuinely care about their patients, and treat me as a patient , not a customer. They always come through, my suggestion is to ask for their suggestion. Nia is awesome, so are Sam and Kelsey. I have met a couple others, never got their names. Everybody working there is very cool. Thank you!

Whoever is running the Instagram account for this dispensary/ or is pretending to be this dispensary is flagging accounts and getting them reported and shut down for not trying to accept products that they are trying to send via USPS. I highly suggest this gets taken care of before its reported and y’all get fined and shut down. It may be someone just using y’alls name to scam people but either way this should be checked out. @planbprovisioning Is the IG handle.

Looking for a new shop I looked for good prices across area shops and when I saw the deal I had to drop in. Kelsey was very helpful and quite energetic! Will be back in a few hours..... Oh yeah the stuff was DEFINITELY Medical Grade and worth it, rbvrr

I had the pleasure of stopping by this facility not too long ago and was absolutely comfortable. From the moment I entered it was easy to get along with all the staff and just talk while waiting. Once inside Nia definitely gave me a world class experience. She asked me details about what I was looking for and would not be satisfied unless I was satisfied. She definitely made the whole experience memorable and I will be recommending this spot for sure for those that want good product, with excellent service, at a great price.

I am so glad I found this place through Leafly, it was my first time here and they were very nice. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about different strains for my chronic pain. Kelsey was very helpful, and sweet. Will be back again, also those moon rocks oh my gosh those are so good.

My sister in law and I were impressed with Nia knowledge and patients today. She answered all our questions, sometimes the same question several times. Lol!
