I placed an order Sunday night and received it Monday early evening. Everything was super smooth. The online ordering was simple to use and it was easy to find the deals that applied to me. Once my order was placed, I got notification that my order was being confirmed and I got a text around midnight telling me that my order was being processed. Monday morning I get a call from an employee and he confirmed my order and asked if I had any questions. Then in the early evening my order was at my door. The delivery driver was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I’m extremely pleased with Planet 13, considering the other dispensaries around me are either too full everyday for a delivery or they are price gouging the customers. If this pandemic lasts longer than my supply, I will for sure be seeing these guys again.

Being Real Tourist Trap for Stoners, there's other dispensaries in the "Greenlight District" that doesn't get you with the bells n whistles. You on this app so price shop and Lyft drivers know the local spots! MMJ patients, have you noticed no one there looks like they're dealing with health issues? Ask a budtender about strains for PTSD "ya it's good" is not the answer I'm looking for. You can obviously tell from the size and glamour of the store that it's all recreation. No consideration for pay check to pay check med patients who paved the road to legalization.

I use Leafly to find what I use instead of phych drugs to manage my anxiety and depression and Forbidden Fruit is the strain I rely on, it's hard to find so I check every couple days and buy as much as I can 1oz but will come in many times in the week to sure I have my meds on hand. today I found a new cultivator at planet 13 selling this at $165 a half so not cheap. but better than the $220 I found elsewhere. they just updated thier inventory 2 hours ago so I called to get the Thc% before driving there at 3am. they never had that and he didn't even suggest a vape instead to try to help me get the strain I needed which they also showed they had in stock. bad experience, won't try this place for a while if I ever do

I received better service here than at most dispensaries I've been too. No sales pitches. They didn't try to push any particular strains on me. The budtender just asked me what I wanted, I told him, we chatted about the various strains and I bought some. I was able to use the 20% off first time patient deal on the Cannabiotix strains, so I bought a whole ounce with four different quarters. It came to under $300 with the first time patient special. You can't get Cannabiotix for a lower price than that anywhere in town. Maybe next time I'll try the Medizin strains. They looked good, very frosty, and others have been giving them good reviews. I would have tried them this time. In fact, my only complaint is they would not give me three quarters of the Cannabiotix and two eighths of the Medizin strains for the $320 once price. It all had to be from the same grower. This is a big, big mistake on your part. I should be able to mix and match growers from the same price range and get the ounce price. Other dispensaries do it that way. Why can't you? It seems crazy to me that you missed out on selling two eighths of your own strains that you grew yourself and made me pick a fourth Cannabiotix strain instead. You must be nuts.
