Planet 13 - Las Vegas

Beware buying from this planet 13. Twice I have placed delivery orders and found that the driver was opening up the containers and talking flower out when attempting to deliver. Planet 13 will not investigate or do anything to help you. Make sure to check every container if placing a delivery order. Not sure how it’s fair we have to pay full price for an item that’s been opened and tampered with. Also have seen them post flower to be a higher concentration thc than it actually is and planet 13 will not do anything about it. Apparently the customers gets what the store want to sell you not what you want to buy.. definitely stay away!!!!!

Customers skip this wait!!! This place serves bad business!!! This business needs immediate review!!! Starting by Ann, the manager (with a black eye 🙈) Service was denied but, they didn’t 86 me huh? All because after waiting 10 mins I started talking pics of non working, people watching bud tenders 🙄… Yeah, literally 7 staff members all socializing and I was number 23. Being a Las Vegas local and a consistent customer of planet 13 since opening. I have a huge complaint for the consistent lack of service and customer service for many months before this review. Brenda checked me in; Charlie 2 the security who stated they wouldn’t serve me because I was writing my experience was extra aggressive when I tried to explain a viable customer complaint. It’s without question that planet 13 needs quality control/management review because like the security told me there’s many dispensaries! My questions: why work where you don’t serve? Why did I not get served let’s go over the entire event they have recording cámaras!!! Skip this place for fast service

Don't believe the tourists' reviews, place is a nightmare. Big, slow, takes forever to check out. and don't try to get delivery from them, they'll just call you a dozen times to confirm and then not show up. customer service is something out of a movie .

Exceptional Customer Service!

Avoid planet 13 at all costs. If a taxi or rideshare driver recommends it, it’s because they get a kick back of $ per drop off to the location not because of quality or price. Overpriced and not worth going. Better deals at NuLeaf, Thrive, Zenleaf, Curaleaf, Reef, Cookies & Releaf all near the strip as well. If you drive for rideshare make sure you don’t leave the property before they pay you or account for you because even though you’ve dropped someone off and had other rides to tend to, they won’t pay you later on. AVOID.

Screw this place I been coming here since I had a medical card before recreational use. And I have spent a ton of money there. But tonight they wouldn’t give me the same deal I’ve gotten for months in by now. I was getting a cartridge and a 1/8 of weed the cart was $19 and my total was $125!! And I’m a local who has spent $1000’s of dollars there they have just become to expensive locals should just go someplace else anywhere would be cheaper

So I normally just ignore rude behavior and regard it as a lack of communication but this has happened multiple times. Today I signed into the front desk, showed proper identification, (I am a medical patient) then waited for over 10 minuets and was ignored by the staff as the recreational customers were called by number. The system for medical patients is that they are given a sticker and it’s the job of the staff to identify that and give priority to them. I love the quality of Medizin concentrates and flower, but due to this incident as well as just a general condescending attitude I will get my medicine elsewhere. Las Vegas has a lot of dispensaries; patient care/ customer service is equally as important as the quality of the medicine being dispensed.
