Great selection, store layout, and staff! Best dispensary in Las Vegas, I won't be going to the other mediocre dispensaries anymore. I can't wait for their own strains to come out!!!

Way overpriced. A lot of good selection in many product areas but the prices were completely unreasonable compared to Denver dispensaries. I understand the location and premise of the pricing, but still quite inflated.

I have been trying out dispensaries throughout the city until I went to Medizin earlier this week. This is by far the best quality, consistency, and knowledgeable staff I have seen compared to the rest. I felt extremely welcomed my first time in and have been back 3 times already. Nothing but a great all-around experiece, bravo!

DO NOT buy the dapper starter kit!!! I bought it 5 days ago,used it a couple of times and it tipped over slightly and the stem(the stronger part?) BROKE!!! They said I'm sh** out of luck basically!!! But their flower is GOOD but I get my concentrates elsewhere 😤

I was anxious to check this place out based on the medicinal marketing focus. The front desk crew was great and the space is nice, clean and somewhat upscale. Inside the displays are sparse (which isn't a bad thing), a lot of product not in stock and they are set low instead of raised for easier viewing. My budtender was nice but more focused on getting me to make a decision, purchase and go. It would have been nice to get some education on a few strains we looked at but was given a lot of standard language and wasn't asked one question about my likes or dislikes. It was okay just a standard dispensary without much else.
Beware 1st time visitors! You have to tell them at check out that you are a 1st time visitor or you don't get your 20% discount. When I mentioned it the budtender, he informed that it was my responsibility to let him know. He told me to use it when I come back. Probably won't take advantage of that and not return to this one

The atmosphere inside is awesome! The employees are very chill and knowledgeable. They have a good variety of flowers but only had grams of at least 50% of their stock. Will go back and see again. I worked with Mani and he was great!

I’ve been to about 6 different dispensaries and Planet 13 has been my favorite! The prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing. Shout out to Luis for helping me out! Worth the experience.✊🏻

I can’t speak about the quality because I waited so long I left. Had I gone to my regular dispensary, I’d have been in and out in the same time it took me to login on their device. As a local, I was excited to check this place out. Expect and Apple store experience. Very impersonal and no different items than the dispensary I regularly shop at, it’s just a very spread out showroom. As I was waiting just to be helped, I noticed the long check out line that comes after you “order”. I was disappointed.

It looks like the fricken apple store inside with the educated staff to go along with it. I got Luis as my budtender and he was able to put me in the right direction for what I needed for my pain. Thank you so much Luis for introducing me to this amazing synergy bomb.

BEWARE!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! I did not want to write this review but there lack of customer service really put me over the edge. I spent a fair amount of my money and ended up with product that was old, dry, and had been degraded into a very unpleasant smoke. My purchase was June 30th and the herb was harvested in December last year. I figured since the product was so old and dry that their customer service would have no problem resolving my issue. WRONG! they are unprofessional and tell me I can't talk to a floor manager after asking to speak with one multiple times. The first girl Tiana tells me that they can only give me a $10 discount after spending over $100 dollars on worthless product that I wouldn't let my dog smoke. I asked to speak to her manager and she lies to me by telling me she is the only manager in the store currently. 10 minutes later I get a call from another guy Akiem, he tells me that he can't do anything for me either but I was approved to get $10 towards my next purchase... After claiming that no managers are working, I drive 13 miles down there to talk to a floor manager. Guess what, there are multiple managers working to no suprise. I finally get 2 managers involved Matthew and David. After telling them my situation and that their product is unacceptable for what I paid, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me and once the product is sold, its sold. David then proceeds to tell me if I had a problem with the product, I have to complain to the manufacturer of the product because it's the manufacturers fault. This makes zero sense. If I'm buying a product and it's been degrading and drying up for months, that should be advertised or transparent. I work hard for my money and I expect my product to be grown this year considering we are 7 months in. I could have went to any other dispensary to spend my money and get fresh herb but I chose this company. You can spend your money here but this was my last purchase. I'm disappointed in the way they handled this issue and I hope who ever is reading this can avoid a similar situation.
