Awesome people and Good Flower

Definitely the best bud in between Portland and Bend, the blow the other competition in Madras out of the water. I appreciated that the menu was up to date and reflected the current inventory as well as the fact that among some of the lower testers, there was some potent offerings. It was great working with Matt and discussing terpenes, strains, products on the market etc. He was refreshingly knowledgeable compared to the other places I've visited. I read below that due to some of the OLCCs BS you guys are having a harder time procuring top notch bud but actively do your best to provide what you would like to medicate with and I just wanted to say that I appreciate your efforts greatly as the competition seems to have no desire to ensure quality. Thanks again for keeping the online menu up to date! I cant tell you how helpful that is!

I think it is a nice clean place with awesome nice employees.

Empty desk when I got to the front window to get checked in (weird), waited for about three minutes before someone came. The woman seemed irritated to be working or distracted with the phone, they were clearly understaffed. I waited ten or fifteen minutes before finally being allowed in to choose products. Excited to get more than one gram of concentrates at a time due to the recent law changes; I was ready to stock up. Budtender was friendly, but SLOW. I shortened my order so he'd hurry up. There were literally probably ten people waiting when I came out. My husband almost came in from the car to see what was taking so long! Not a huge fan of their flavored vape pen cartridges, though they do have high THC. Prices were competitive, bud selection OK. I would've liked the THC content displayed on the menu board for each strain or on the ID card in the viewing case, instead I had to ask the budtender. Maybe it was just an off day but probably won't stop again.

The madras location is very customer friendly . Thierry flower is always top notch and their bud tendera are very willing to help you to find what matches you an flower etc I personally from day one they have opened been a customer and always satisfied with my selection and their service

Always enjoy a trip to Plantae in Madras! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean and quiet environment, and good quality products at reasonable prices. They do run low on products from time to time, but usually they restock as quickly as they can. Can't say I've had a bad experience yet! <3
